Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the room was clean and the bed was soft. They have coffee and a water fountain with a refillable tray that is available 24/7.We had an accessible hotel room and the bathroom was large enough to fit a wheelchair in there and their was a bench and rails to help for toileting and showering. The bathtub is a little high, but with assistance the individual should be able to take a bath. Additionally the bench is wooden so we placed a folded towel on it to make it more comfortable. The reason why it is not getting ten stars is because, the shower handle was not clean and breakfast was options were limited.

Very reasonable priced room with a jetted tub. The bed was very comfortable. Though the room was very basic (of course, with the exception of the jetted tub), it had a very tasteful modern look. There was no carpet (which we liked), and the jetted tub was very clean and ran well. We would definitely come back again sometime.

No elevator and the hard floors in the room were very dirty (we didn't realize until the last day when I wasn't wearing any shoes in the room). Please provide more towels for the rooms with a jetted tub, 2 is not enough. The ACl seemed to be struggling to run, and the plastic door on it kept falling off.

I liked how easy check in was. The room was very clean and the mini fridge was pretty big. Housekeeping was very helpful. The front desk staff was helpful as well.

The room I had originally reserved wasn't available, I had to settle for a regular king bedroom instead of one with a tub. The breakfast was fine, not too many options available for a hotel of this size.

The breakfast was delicious and very well thought out. It was kept clean and tidy as well. My daughter enjoyed watching the automatic pancake maker make and cook the pancakes right in front of us. The only issue I had was the apple and orange juice were out the entire time we were there. The pancake machine was cool and they tasted good and fluffy

My room was not completely done when we arrived. I had to make our bed after arriving and the floor was not vacuumed either. Also our lamp had black mold growing all over it and also the curtains had mold as well.

We could not turn off the TV (in fact the TV was on when we arrived in the room). We had to unplug it to turn it off. The electronic door system was very difficult. We had to retry the door card several times, each and every time we wanted to enter the room. The breakfast was limited, due to Covid, but had better breakfasts at other hotels on this trip.

we loved the hot tub in the king room, it was so relaxing and clean! the bed is super cozy and the staff are very welcoming. Our only complaint is that we have to leave.
