Entire hotel was clean, Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, breakfast was some of the best hotel breakfast we've ever had! Those cinnamon rolls?! Better than Cinnabon! On the morning of our check out, one of the bed frames collapsed! However, no one was injured and staff were friendly and apologized, even though it really isn't anyone's fault!

No amenities products in the bathroom like toothpaste, mouthwash, floss, q tips. However all are easily available at the desk, so only a tiny inconvenience, not even a big deal unless you have mobility issues!

Hot breakfast was delicious, and the beds were incredibly comfortable.

The soundproofing leaves a great deal to be desired, as I overheard people walking in the hall, the floors above and below me, full conversations from other guests through the pipes in the bathroom, children running in the halls, etc. A good white noise machine solved that problem, but without it, I would not have slept well. The young lady at the counter when I checked out was rude, though every other member of the staff was fantastic.

Breakfast schduled 6:30 to 9:30. We arrived at 9:00 mostly everything gone, no one around checking on food situation and greatest disappointment was SIGNATURE cinnabons were no where in sight, and the display was turned off, and cleaned up. A good many travelers only check in late and appreciate the chance to sleep a bit later to attend a 9:30am breakfast, too bad this location doesn't abide by its own policy. Call us, disappointed guests!

Very good location.

We arrived on Saturday and my stay was great. The staff that attended to me was wonderful except for the lady who attended to us this morning at approximately 4:37 am. We checked out and asked her if we could buy milk for our 4-year-old to which she replied that she didn't sell milk and that she couldn't get the milk they have in the kitchen for breakfast. (Which seemed inhumane to me because we were staying there and had the right to drink milk from there, but the truth is we felt that she simply didn't want to do so.)

Rooms were relatively clean. Room smelled great as soon as we opened the door which was very welcoming. Hotel staff was very nice and ready to assist with any questions even came to my sisters room to assist with her TV.

This is minor but we found an empty snack bag and juice bottle behind the couch when we pulled it out to sit closer to the TV. The cooked free breakfast items were flavorless and some were cold.

I liked that everything was ready upon check in. The staff was quick and helpful. Also the dove personal care items instead of little throw away travel items in the bathroom was the best. The room was great size and the beds were super soft and comfortable. Hotel was easy to navigate.

The price for a one night stay being check in at 3pm and out by 11am seemed higher than expected. Upon entering the room there was no pamphlet/paper explaining television stations, helpful tips for the room, reminder times for the hotel, etc.

The breakfast was very good, hotel was very clean.

First I booked two rooms, when we arrived they only had one room. I was charged for 2 rooms through booking.com. The girl at the desk told me it was my problem and I needed to call booking.com, there was nothing she could do. I called booking.com and the staff were very helpful and they we able to refund my money...but in the future I don't know if I feel comfortable using book.com.

The property was so clean. Our room was so very nice and big. We were extremely comfortable

It wasn’t the property we had issues with it was some of the guest staying near us. They were very loud and stayed up very late. It’s a non smoking hotel but at breakfast there was a lady smoking at the outside seating.

I think this was the best stay we have had at any hotel in a long time. The room was spacious and very comfortable. We had everything we needed. The king size bed was very confirm and cozy. The were plenty of lights and plug in's for all of our items. I will now look for this in all of my travels. Wow! Doesn't cover or stay here. From the room to the customer service. Great Job to everyone.

Loved the bed! Loved the hot breakfast. Room was big and relaxing. Staff was friendly and responsive. We loved having a soap dispenser there….big perk!

We were on the 3rd floor, and the water pressure was low up there, so it took a while to brush our teeth or wash our hands. Shower though, was great!
