The staff was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great and we appreciated everything they served and the way we were treated. The downside was the $250 charge for our room. I’m sure you don’t have anything to do with this but Theo I booked Asheville about a half hour before I booked this one for $110, thinking I could cancel if necessary. Realizing we would not be able to get that far, I booked this room. When I tried to cancel, I told the Asheville room was non-refundable. I was very disappointed as now I was paying $360 for a one night stay.

The breakfast was amazing. I liked that there was something different every morning I went to breakfast. It was always hot and stocked. The staff was very nice. The location was excellent. Did not have to go far to find amenities.

I couldn't tell you what I didn't like because wherever I went I liked. So not to much to report on the dislikes from the visit I had. Just one thing I had a concern was the Business Corner was small and I don't like small areas but still loved it.

Second time in 2 weeks. Came back for the meticulously clean hot tub and pool. The pool area is well kept, up to date, clean.. The hotel itself is clean, well run, and up to date. Hot Breakfast items were nice. Plenty of options for anyone. Cold milk and juices taps. Cereal. Waffles, oatmeal with toppings for both. Very impressed.

Convenient location, friendly staff

I stayed at this location 3-4 years ago and enjoyed it. I was surprised to see the amount of wear and tear this time. It was disappointing to see the changes. Breakfast was a disaster…unsupervised children were making a mess and handling the food. Staff were not very helpful. We ate elsewhere.

The staff was amazing. Breakfast was good. I just wish there were healthy options.

The pool water was quite chilly. I had to visit the front desk to request pool towels on both days of my stay, as there were none available at the pool itself.

Super clean. Hot tub and pool were immaculately clean, taken care of, and up to date. Breakfast was better than expected. The lady running it was on top of it. Friendly front desk. Great location. Will stay here again. Wonderful job all around to all the staff.

Everything in one place.

The pool should have a simple base heat. You don't have to heat a pool to warm, but as someone who spends a lot of time in water that's way too cold for guests, and it wasn't even winter. We specially chose that property for the pool but the adults we're unable to use it.

I like how the staff had a good sense of humor.

I didn’t like the price of course lol but in all honesty the pool wasn’t clean each room smelled like a sweaty gym or mildew. My room shower head was shooting water from the top which caused the water to bounce off the ceiling instead of directly on me. Wash clothes was left behind from previous guests in the shower.

The two young ladies who greeted me when I came in. They were the most delightful and accommodating people you could ask for. If I was a younger man I woulda asked one or both for a date 😆. But they were so helpful and answered every question I had being out of town and all.

The rooms are starting to show their age. The cut holes in the ceiling above the pool were very off putting. Only found one remote but had two tv’s that was a tad perplexing. The rooms were clean, but stains and wear in the carpets is really starting to show.

staff was friendly. room very clean. we asked for pillows and they called us to tell us that all the pillows in between guests are washed and dried. She apologized because the pillows were in the dryer at the time we called and stated as soon as they were dry she would bring them up. She brought them up as soon as they were available. The kids love the pool in the hot tub was nice. I will say the pool was a little cool for my taste but the kids didn’t seem to mind the water temperature. breakfast was very good with lots of options.
