Hot breakfast was delicious, and the beds were incredibly comfortable.

The soundproofing leaves a great deal to be desired, as I overheard people walking in the hall, the floors above and below me, full conversations from other guests through the pipes in the bathroom, children running in the halls, etc. A good white noise machine solved that problem, but without it, I would not have slept well. The young lady at the counter when I checked out was rude, though every other member of the staff was fantastic.

We arrived on Saturday and my stay was great. The staff that attended to me was wonderful except for the lady who attended to us this morning at approximately 4:37 am. We checked out and asked her if we could buy milk for our 4-year-old to which she replied that she didn't sell milk and that she couldn't get the milk they have in the kitchen for breakfast. (Which seemed inhumane to me because we were staying there and had the right to drink milk from there, but the truth is we felt that she simply didn't want to do so.)

I liked that everything was ready upon check in. The staff was quick and helpful. Also the dove personal care items instead of little throw away travel items in the bathroom was the best. The room was great size and the beds were super soft and comfortable. Hotel was easy to navigate.

The price for a one night stay being check in at 3pm and out by 11am seemed higher than expected. Upon entering the room there was no pamphlet/paper explaining television stations, helpful tips for the room, reminder times for the hotel, etc.

The breakfast was very good, hotel was very clean.

First I booked two rooms, when we arrived they only had one room. I was charged for 2 rooms through booking.com. The girl at the desk told me it was my problem and I needed to call booking.com, there was nothing she could do. I called booking.com and the staff were very helpful and they we able to refund my money...but in the future I don't know if I feel comfortable using book.com.

I think this was the best stay we have had at any hotel in a long time. The room was spacious and very comfortable. We had everything we needed. The king size bed was very confirm and cozy. The were plenty of lights and plug in's for all of our items. I will now look for this in all of my travels. Wow! Doesn't cover or stay here. From the room to the customer service. Great Job to everyone.

Quiet location. Cinnamon rolls were great. New-like facilities. Laundry room available for guests. Very friendly staff except for morning desk agent. Large shower. Large breakfast selection.

room cleaning did not happen each day. door was left unlatched after room service. ice machine was not working everyday. scrambled eggs were terrible. Not sure eggs were actual chicken eggs. Very expensive/ averaged $200 per day. Morning desk agent was not friendly. southern grits not available for breakfast. Room service did not speak or understand English.

Loved the breakfast options. The pancake maker was a hit with the kids.. the staff was helpful and friendly. We needed a few extra things that they were able to give to us with ease. Loved the full size bottles of shampoo and conditioner

Was not happy about the hours of the pool. It's open 11am to 8pm. So if you are only staying one night it's super hard to utilize the pool.

Clean and neat appearance.

Confetti between the bed and wall. Toys stuck in the night stand from other guests before our stay. Appeared well kept on the surface as long as you didn’t look beyond that. Large group took over the lobby area to watch basketball and drink beer. Didn’t feel it appropriate for them to be in the main lobby area consuming alcohol where other guests would also be getting a cup of coffee or tea.

Hotel was very clean from the lobby to the elevator and the hall way to the room. Iam very picky and its the small details that Iam looking for for cleaniness the bigger ones are obvious. Very comfortable room and bed,, location, great value, pool not sure if it was open but clean. Area to buy snacks and drinks .Check in quick. Staff friendly.

Pancake griddle broken, juice machine broken but I don't eat or drink these food items so this is not important to me but for some it maybe. So hopefully these can be fix or replaced for future quests to be able to enjoy.

It was a convenient location by a lot of food places, grocery stores etc that we needed for our stay.

The breakfast could’ve been a lot better, the sausages looked like they could’ve been cooked more. I ended up getting breakfast from up the street. My kids didn’t eat there breakfast at all due to how it looked, they only had yogurt and a banana.
