I love that the hotel offered breakfast and the location of the hotel was convenient to a lot places that we needed. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel had such a home away from home feeling. Certainly will be back next year.

The only complaint is the Wi-Fi and the selection of tv stations. I had to keep reconnecting to it.I’m a woman who enjoy a good tv program before bed, but they offered mostly news and sports. Neither interested me. Great for my husband though.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The quiet in the hotel made it easy to get rest. Didn’t get to take advantage of the breakfast as we needed to get on the road but it looked nice and clean and delicious.

You need to upgrade rooms to accommodate charging of technology and update the electrical outlets. And our Keurig in the room didn’t work and I was so excited to see a Keurig for my morning coffee.

Breakfast was great! No chocolate milk, only apple and orange juice. Coffee was delicious. No skim milk, only 2% and whole. No donuts, only pastries.

Key didn't work without putting it in several times. The commode lid was loose and the phone didn't work, so no wake up call.

Super clean and loved they had updated coffee makers in the room. Also close to plenty if eating and shopping if needed.

I didn't appreciate a house cleaners child using a key and opening my door at 930 in the morning. Housekeeping is supposed to come only upon request and checkout isn't until 11, so why would they be coming into my room at that hour???

There wasn't anything I didn't like. But one of the hair dryers was broken. The slide button on it was broke off and missing. There was another dryer so this was no big deal for myself but it could be for someone else.

The staff was exceptionally friendly. They went out of their way to offer suggestions so I could gett dinner for my family at 10 p.m. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was very forgiving and kind when my son accidentally made a mess with the waffle batter. The room was clean and comfortable.

The breakfast was OK, needed brighter lights in the bathroom for doing make up, but the bed was very comfortable so overall it was a nice stay

Couldn't find my booking at check-in. Issue was resolved after contacting the manager. Supposedly happens a lot with booking.Com reservations.

not enough light! I requested a replacement for a burned out light, but never got one. why are hotel rooms always so dark?

It was very close to the Zoo. There were plenty of places to eat and to shop

The bacon was not too good. The rest of the breakfast was fine. There was a lot to choose from.
