Staff was great. Breakfast stayed stocked and cleaned. Cable TV. Overall very quiet and never any noise that we heard. Another nice touch, since I was alone with a toddler, they put me in a room near an exterior door to make things easier for getting back and forth to the car. Also, a good distance from the Zoo. Close enough to get there within 20 minutes but far enough to not pay tourist prices at restaurants

I copied and pasted the address from Booking.com and it did not take me to the correct place. I had to google the address and I was almost 20 minutes in the wrong direction. Simple fix, but a hassle. A lot of construction around the hotel which makes it difficult to get to the parking lot. Bathrooms are small. Also, my room had a very strong smell of a farm (odd I know) but, I'm thinking it has something to do with the construction. Still a wonderful place and I definitely would return!

Great staff! Jasmine welcomed us the minute we entered the lobby. She was very friendly and professional, got us checked in quickly, and gave us all the information we needed for our stay. Their continental breakfast had nice offerings, but more than that, Sandra kept everything cleaned and stocked. I witnessed management/owner interact with her in a positive way. Listening to everything she felt was needed to keep the breakfast area stocked for quests and her job less stressful. I make this point because a business that validates and takes care of their employees is usually a very well-kept business.

There was nothing I didn't like about this property.

Location was great- easy to find, no problems getting in and out. Parking lot was well lit. Everything looked updated and was clean. Beds were comfortable, rooms were a nice size and everything worked properly. Breakfast was also decent- bagels, bread, English muffins, biscuits, sausage gravy, sausage patties, sausage links, yogurt, cereal, waffles, and juices (items from what I can recall with certainty). We would stay here again!

The third shift staff were disinterested; I don’t think the person checking us in even smiled at us once and was more interested in talking to her younger coworker. (First shift staff was exemplary, very accommodating, helpful and super friendly!!) Coffee was absolutely horrible.

Sheets were white and clean. The room seemed really clean. Bigger refrigerator, then most hotels I've stayed in. The pool was clean. The staff was very friendly. Pool towels are good and stocked. The beds were very comfortable. The tv remote worked fine with lots of channels. Breakfast was great.

Low water pressure and our water faucet was backward. cold was hot. And hot was cold. No elevelator. The back door was open all the time didn't need a key to get in.

Person at front desk excellent. Very friendly and helpful !!!! Room was clean and very pleasant and comfortable. Breakfast was perfect. A nice variety and very plentiful. Location was perfect also. Close to downtown, shops and restaurants. Will stay at the Quality Inn whenever we are in Asheboro again.

The hotel was being renovated and the room we got was very nicely done and very clean. The beds were comfortable and there was clean linens. The trash was taken out daily and the beds were done as well. The gentleman working the front desk during the late hours when we checked in was very nice, quick and informative. Breakfast was good and the area was kept clean and kept stocked by the young woman assisting it. Breakfast was cereals, waffles, sausage, muffins, toast. coffee, water and juice. The pool was clean, and the chlorine was a nice level, it was easy to open eyes underwater and clothes did not smell like chlorine like it has in other facilities pools. Cleaning staff was very courteous and quick.

There could have been an elevator for the second floor on the wing we stayed on. There was short stairs but it would affect people that have a harder time to go upstairs with many bags. The older woman working evenings was very short and kind of rude both times we interacted with her. Maybe she needs a vacation too.

The staff was supper nice! Love the Manger he was supper nice and a great Manger! They have been remodeling etc and it smell like fresh paint the breakfast area was super nice area. NO BUGS WHICH WAS A BIG THING FOR ME! was supper excited I didn't see not one bug! Next time I go to asheboro again I will definitely stay agai! I hope the Manger will be there cause he is a super nice guy! Staff was super nice to thank you quality inn staff and Manger! It's 12 mins from the zoo so not far at all! Will be back Definitely in 2026 when the zoo bring Asia world haha!!!

Because the are remodeling the fridge wasn't plug in but we mover it! The Manger came to bring extention cord but we had already moved it! He came up for nothing but he wasn't mad said hey got to do what you got to do lol! I really don't have much to say on what I don't like because I really don't have anything to complain about! Maybe more breakfast food maybe that really it! I really enjoy the stay!

The person who checked us and helped me with some key troubles later was excellent! Did not catch her name but she was friendly, and very very helpful!

My friend had booked a handicapped room and was unable to get on and use the very tall bed. She had to try to sleep on the little sofa which was a fail.

Cleanliness

Front desk and cleaning staff are literally 5stars!!! The only thing I didn’t care for was the horrible internet connection. (Also the work part, which is why I’m here. LoL)

Very clean and friendly staff

The beds were a bit hard. Also I paid hotel through Booking.com. I did not like the fact the hotel also tried charging my card 3 to 4 times a day for room when it was already paid for.
