On arrival the staff was professional and friendly .The property itself is beautiful and impeccably maintained. The location is waterfront and easily walkable to many local businesses. We had a water view which was outstanding, we will be back!

Only one elevator….although that did not prove to be an issue.

Very clean and great staff The breakfast was the typical Covid fare I was hoping for fresh hot eggs and/or waffles or bagels Maybe next time All in all a great find ! I woul recommend this place to s as my one. The beds were VERY COMFY.

Breakfast was ok needed more variety

The tubs are dangerous. There is only one handle and it is behind where the water comes out. Nothing to hold onto to help. The bottom is super slick once wet. Must be a Marriott thing because I normally stay in Goldsboro, but couldn't get a room, so had to stay further out for assignment in Goldsboro. The tub at Town place suites is the exact same.

Clean, quiet personal were polite and helpful.

Waffle maker.. to me acted a little finicky. Room could have had enough towels for the number of guests listed in the booking, had to ask for more.

Smells fresh and was clean.

I didn’t have full size towels and the wash clothes had stains on them. I was able to get them replaced without any issues.

Room temperature too cold unable to adjust. I will ask about room temp in the future. If too cold will be a deal breaker.

Loved the scones. Best hotel buffet in a while

Toilet was very low to the ground. Mattress was harder than I like. Overall very good place to stay. Staff very helpful.

I love that the AC unit was not set to certain levels. I was able to have it fully blasting around 66-67 all night. I like to hibernate when I sleep.

The breakfast was a bit underwhelming and the it could use an update, but for the price it was perfect.

they said an outside Co. was going to send 2 vests we left in the closet 6 weeks ago, we still have not seen them! I called the next day after our stay and the Hotel said they had them. that is a little disappointing

It was clean and the stuff was very nice and it I needed help with something they helped me rite then and the room was very clean the bed was very comfortable too!

The only thing I didn't like was getting woke up out of my sleep early in the morning because some of the guest were talking very loud and making a lot of noise!
