The young lady at the front desk when we checked in was so nice and cordial. Made the whole check in process easy and pleasant.

They tried to charge and extra 10 dollars for unknow fees at check-in, after the night was paid for in advance. That seemed very shady.

Very clean, smelled fresh, a decent amount of space in rooM and breakfast was delicious.

Front desk staff both at checkin and checkout was not rude but didn’t have much of a welcoming attitude. No hello, no good bye; just what is your name, this is your room number, breakfast is at 6:30. At departure another desk attendant had the same few words; do you want a receipt. We said thanks she eventually said you’re welcome. It’s the small things that help a franchise standout amongst the rest. Kindness doesn’t cost the company anything. This is why a franchise like Chic Fillet is so successful.

I liked the breakfast selections and coffee.

I didn't like that the hotel put a hold on my card for the amount of the room before we even arrived at the location. Then, when we arrived, they had me swipe my card again, and then I had two pending charges for the room total. It took a whole week for the one charge to get credited back to my card. The hotel staff was no help. When we asked when the manager would be there, the staff person lied and told us she would be on site the next morning, but she was not!

The bed was comfortable and pristine. The room was clean. The breakfast preparer wrapped the bread slices in Saran, two slices per wrapper. The apples were also individually wrapped in Saran.

Unfortunately, the faucet was mounted too close to the edge of the sink so that every time we washed our hands, the water splattered on the sink around the faucet. Also there were two crappy patchwork on the tub. These could have been easily sanded down.

Clean, use of Hand Sanitizer, friendly and courteous staff. This is me and my family's second trip here.

guests in next room to me, kids were extremely loud and running back and forth in room.( first night). The second night, room above me, was extremely noisy and walked around in room back and forth until early next Morning around 4am. they were extremely loud as well, and also parking lot area extremely noisy second night... My family and I have stayed here before. This trip was for a funeral. Couldn't reach outlet to plug up microwave.

We have stayed there a few times. Staff is always welcoming, enjoy the breakfast-many options with our dietary needs. Convenient location to 95 and restaurants. Quiet hotel, upgraded showers, and has easy to access TV stations.

Would prefer upgrade toilets to ADA standards.

We have stayed in the past here and it has been great. Plenty to eat around the hotel. Staff is great!

Not the hotels fault but had a family check in above us around 12 am and what an inconsiderate family! Non stop stomping and jumping until 1 am. Had to call the front desk and they called them and took care of it.

The breakfast had a good assortment of choices, some hot and cold. The veggie omelets were very tasty. Having two choices of sausage was also nice. Oatmeal and pancakes were also good options.

The pancakes were very small. You do get two, but they are minimal. It would also be nice to have hot syrup. I did not see any, and honestly, I did not ask a server.

Clean, well maintained property. Rooms were comfortable. Staff was kind and helpful.

The breakfast was fine for a free hotel breakfast. Don’t really understand what the hype is about from other reviews I read before booking.

Alicia, the front desk clerk, is TOTALLY AWESOME! She turned my quickly 'going bad' birthday weekend into one of the BEST the birthdays I've had. Our room was beautiful, clean and we were able to have a late check out. The awesome breakfast bar made my birthday breakfast in bed extra special. Thank you Alicia and Holiday Inn Express!!
