The gentleman who worked the desk was especially friendly and courteous. When we could not get the tv to work or needed the refrigerator to be a bit cooler, he came up immediately and corrected the issues. Our room was clean, close to the stairs. There was an elevator. We were not there long enough to really take advantage of other amenities, but we would definitely choose to stay at the Heritage Hotel again. (The outside waterfall was a beautiful surprise to view.) I also appreciated the reasonable price of the room.

Maybe better signage to identify the location of the hotel. There was the continuous sound of a generator/AC unit (outside of the room) which could be heard if there was no other noise in the room. It did not affect our sleep or activities.

We love the floor plan. The room is comfortable and there is plenty of counter space. We enjoyed our stay there.

The bathroom sink had a problem. The bathroom sink stopper was stuck. We had already unpacked and it was late, when we found the problem and didn’t want to change rooms so we just dealt with it. We took a picture and left it with a note so someone could fix it for the next patrons.

Liked nearly everything. Hotel was "kinda tucked away" behind a couple of other businesses, toward the back of a parking lot, which made us a little apprehensive at first, but our concern dissipated upon entering parking and entering the hotel.

No visible staff, though, I/we expect they've been hit by staffing issues, so no big deal. No (longer) breakfast on site. There is a dining area with coffee and juice dispensers, so there may be effort to make the aforementioned available. Unfortunately, at 7 am, there was no coffee. : (

Breakfast..there was no breakfast, even though there is a wonderful room for it.

The room Chain locks are non functional…..not a lot of good. Room way too warm, even with heat turned off. Good thing the windows open. They use scented laundry detergent, also not good. Go with scent free, thank you. No employee on site…he was across the parking lot at another hotel. Weird.

Very reasonably priced, fast check in, comfortable beds. Great service. I accidentally left a set of keys in the room, and the staff went out of their way to mail them across the country to me. We were on a long road trip and basically just needed a place to sleep, so it was nice that the hotel was close to the interstate with many restaurant options nearby.

One chair in our room needed to have its upholstery cleaned.

Perfect for a nights stop over on a very long road trip. Large room comfortable room with everything you need and king size bed. Secure. $81 on a saturday night including taxes, fantastic value.

There was only juice and coffee.No breakfast available, but to be honest this was not a problem for us.

The bed was really comfortable, the room was clean, the TV was large, check in and out were easy

They are reroofing and they gave us a room right outside of that, so we were awakened at 6am by lots of thudding sounds (even on a Sunday morning). It was hard to find someone at the front desk to even talk about it.

The room was unexpectedly big. It was really nice and clean as well. We were checked in really quick and staff was really helpful when we had questions.

The areas outside of the room/lobby had an overpowering smell of chlorine with a mixture of something else. Not a huge deal about breakfast but, There was a big area for breakfast but no breakfast was laid out in the morning.

The hotel is very nice. The lobby area with fireplace is beautiful and the rooms were spacious. The bed was exceptionally comfortable.

When we checked in, the lobby clerk informed us that he was the only employee of the hotel. Consequently, breakfast can no longer be offered even though there is a fully equipped room to make it look like breakfast would be expected.

Quiet, great staff, but often not at the desk so needed to call, room was clean, bed comfy - Very acceptable for the price & location.

Carpets were worn & lobby needed dusting. A little tricky to know where to turn into to get to the front of building - missed the turn twice.
