The room was huge. We loved that we felt like we were in a small house instead of a hotel room. It was very spacious. The a/c was icy cold. The shower was absolutely relaxing. Great water pressure. They had very nice towels and washcloths. It was very convenient to the gas station, grocery store, and restaurants. We needed to wash our clothes and it was free. That was a huge surprise. Just supply your own detergent. Breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast. I was pleasantly surprised that they had cartons of chocolate milk. We were very happy with our stay. Keep up the amazing job.

Nice place. Convenient location

I guess the woman who did breakfasts was on vacation & the people who replaced her didn’t want anything to do with it, so breakfasts were kind of lacking the first 3-4 days I was there. Also, someone who worked there had a dog that would run out from a room in the back of the hotel and bark at me every time I walked by. I never once heard the owner call the dog off & I got a dirty look once when around the 5th time the dog had run at me, I tried talking nicely to it. Anyone really afraid of dogs wouldn’t have been in a good position! It was very startling at times, though, as it was!

Breakfast was a bit skimpy. Chalk board menu and offered food did not match.

I asked for a receipt on checking out and was told they could not print one and that instead it would be emailed to me. After five days with no receipt I called the property and it then was promptly sent to me. The hot tub and swimming pool held no water. They were experiencing trouble with their HVAC system but had installed portable temporary machines which kept my room very comfortable.

The breakfast was amazing! I wish they had more cookies, but cannot have them all the time :) it was nice having 2 waffle makers!! Your hotel was very accommodating to move us because our TV didn't work.

You did everything very nicely. We did notice that in our 2nd room that the light in the toilet area would only stay on for maybe 3 seconds (some sort of short) also the outlet by the window had something stuck in it and I couldn't plug in my CPAP machine. I did let the hotel know when we checked out. Hopefully it will be fixed. (Room 209) The pool was out of order :(

The free breakfast available was simple but better than most others. I appreciated the juice options. The late night pantry items for purchase were better than any vending machine. Speaking of machines, the ice machines on each floor also had a water dispenser. 10/10. Kudos not everyone wants to drink from the tap in the bathroom. I’m sure it was also a seasonal thing, but the mid range humidity with the heater did not make for the most pleasant sleep. It could just be because I’m from California.

I stayed in room 303 and my door didn’t shut all the way on its own. I had to push it shut. I already mentioned the heater issue in my compliments, but a solid unit. It might’ve just been my short trip and inability to acclimate to the local weather.

I stay here often due to my husband working in the oil fields. yes there are a lot of men there but I've traveled and stayed alone many times and felt very safe. the rooms are very comfortable. set up well and the staff is always great

in the 11 months I've been coming up here the pool and hot tub are out of order. but it is okay. Hopefully they will reopen at some point

I wish hotels would offer less choices for breakfast, but offer better tasting food - ie) fresh cooked real eggs instead of out of a carton - maybe good bread for toast and one kind of fresh homemade muffin and another protein like healthy non sugar greek yogurt - and one fruit, be it a banana, apple or orange - and that's it. Healthier and tasty

I come and stay here about every 6weeks to see my daughter. The staff has always been genuinely kind, I have no complaints about any of my stays. One time the pool was down but they were more than happy to help me cancel and let me go to another location. Thank you

The main pool is FREEZING! Has been ever since I’ve went. Think the heater is out, but it’s not tolerable.

The Rooms are always clean. They have the best pillows known to mankind. The hot breakfast is really good.

Liked it all. However, the lovely attendants will not sell me a pillow, which they are the best pillows ever! I've tried to buy them online like they suggested, but they haven't been slept on a gazillion times so just not the same, HaHa, No real negatives to share, overall it was a great stay! This is a joke, all in fun!

The staff is always so accommodating. I fly up about once a month to see my daughter, we usually get a room here bc it has a pool and she loves it. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I like the big walk in showers, plenty of room.

It stays clean, it’s not ran down at all. My only real complaint is the pool is always freezing! The hot tub is great! But the dang pool is bitter cold.
