Rooms was spacious, clean, the breakfast area was clean and the food was good and warn.

Stay at two of your hotels in two different states. First one in Montana. They asked if we was award members. When we answered no that was the end of it. But there never told us how to become a award members. The one in North Dakota we. Checked in then we saw a sandwich board informing us about it . We went on line and joined. Unfortunately for us. We did it after we checked in and did not get any points for our three night stays one in Montana and the two in North Dakota. I fill if we was asked in Montana and said no we was not that they should have told us about it and tried to get us informed and signed up.

Holiday Inn express has excellent breakfasts.

It irritates me no end that the only way to accumulate points is to have reservations. We never know how far we’ll travel in a day, so reservations don’t work for us. We could choose any hotel but really like Holiday Inn the best. You really miss out rewarding travelers like us.

The staff was amazing. My dog cut his foot and got some blood on the comforter and I was so worried that I was going to be responsible for it but your staff (Shay) was amazing and said not to worry about it at all!!! Great customer service!!!

Soon as I walked in I could tell if he had an attitude I got was can make her do some work no greeting immediately asked my name and then asked for my driver's license and credit card started to charge my credit card for something she called incidental or damages when I asked more about the charge she gave me attitude again finally I couldn't stand to look at her face one more minute what a hideous looking woman I said fine I don't care just charge it very unhappy with her service but the hotel is great

It was one of the best breakfast bars we have ever experienced at a hotel.

Our toilet was clogged when we checked in.

It was what we expected from a free breakfast!

We liked the Hotel room and the pool and hot tub!we will come back to stay there the next time we stay in Williston!

Breakfast was very good tasting and everything was clean. Staff very friendly and checked to see if we were doing good.
