Front desk staff was nice, and helpful! I want to give a big THANK YOU to the housekeeping staff and front desk as we left one of my daughter's absolute favorite plush toys and didn't realize till we got home, when I called the woman working let me know she would chat with the HK Staff and give me a call back, she called back super fast and they are going to mail it back to us!

Breakfast was lacking unfortunately, there was only sausage and tater tots in the silver trays wouldve liked to see at least some eggs! Pool was unfortunately closed for maintenance, but wasnt the end of the world for us!

It was close to the major roads in and out of the area. It is a well designed hotel. The check in staff were friendly.

The property was fine apart from the fact that when I booked I specifically chose a hotel with a pool. The pool has not been in operation for months. No advice was sent to us that the pool was not in operation. When I asked the staff about it on 2 occasions I was fobbed off with it is what it is. No consideration was given by the staff to make any adjustment to us for the fact that the pool was not in operation. Have they even bothered to let Bookings.com know that the pool is not in operation?????

Staff was really friendly. We had a mix-up with the reservation but luckily, they still had a room available for us even though we arrived on the wrong night. We also got charged double but that was resolved after as well with an email.

We think we should have been told in advance that the pool area was closed.

Very nice, spacious room. Very good rate through booking.com, after arrival, figured out the reason why more than likely was so cheap

Pool was "indefinitely" closed. Elevator was out of order so we had to go to either end of the property and use the stairs. I was charged $5 extra for my "complimentary" breakfast?? Had a nice stay but these are important aspects to some peoples travels.

The nice lady at front desk upgraded us to a 2 bed room at no extra charge. We truly appreciate this.

The pool is not working and hasn't been for months now! We were there in May and it was not working. Not even water in it! Looks like it's not being fixed!

Wifi was ok but to slow to watch movies, when I stayed all the power in the town went out. This caused the hotel rooms to be dark and cold. Hotel should have a back up generator. The parking lot got plowed right away from the blizzard. 1 big reason I stayed here.
