Breakfast was well stocked and serviced! Provided many choices. Facility was well lit and front Desk staff always available and very helpful. Room was very comfortable.

Room wasn’t refreshed on either day of our stay with more coffees and teas. There were many liquid flavored creamers for coffee but no plain fresh creamers provided. Only powdered plain creamer.

The breakfast staff was exceptionally friendly, i think his name was Amer or Amar. anyway, he was always making sure that the food was well stocked and everything kept neat and clean.

The pool was closed the whole time we stayed there. I could have done without the printed notice on the pool door saying "if you have had diarrhea in the last 14 days, please do not use the pool or spa".

Beds were very comfortable and the room was big and clean. Breakfast room was nice and had enough options.

The gym was disappointing. It smelled and was missing some basic equipment (more weights, mat, bands, cleaning equipment, water for drinking etc...). It wouldn't take much to make the gym reasonable, even if it is small. As it stands it was very unpleasant to be in.

The breakfast and tacos were great, so was the lady at the front desk.

Whoever stayed in room 128 on January 13th should not be allowed to stay at hotels with that dog. It pretty much barked all night.

The pool was down while we were there due to a pipe bursting just days before we got there but the staff were exceptional and the meals were great. My kids had a great stay and I was relaxed.

Very clean and open ( spacious ) ,the room was very clean and had plenty of room, I really liked the floor plan I had 💯

When I had to go out and wait while room service cleaned my room 🤣🤣. No complaints

We liked the location and the breakfast. The staff were really friendly.

We had a dog and loved that we were in the last room on the first floor but didnt like it that the exit door next to our room wasnt assessable from the outside. We could take our dog out the door but had to go to the front entrance to get back in. The bathroom door was about 1/2 inch from the toilet.

The shower splashed water everywhere every time we took a shower and had to use our towels to clean up the mess. Needs longer curtains

The breakfast was good, area clean and the female morning cook was friendly and attentive. Staff at front desk were polite The area was always being cleaned

My bed sunk a little in the middle. I slept fine.

Location great, breakfast good.

The hotel needs a little upgrade to the bathrooms but overall good place to stay.
