The room was large! My two older teens and I had room to open suitcases, walk around, and not feel overrun. My daughter, who is sensitive to smells, said that the sheets smelled great. In other words, it was a very clean, fresh room. We’d totally stay again. The location was also ideal: a five-minute drive from campus.

We loved our stay! Well placed outlets, mirrors, ample lighting, CLEAN.

I loved how we could park up top to be able to get to our room much easier. The hotel and the room was exceptionally cleaned! I loved that it didn't have an overwhelming chemical smell to it. I also liked that they had all of the pillows individually labeled for soft and hard. It's very thoughtful.

The beds were pretty hard. We could not get the shower water very warm. That could have been because they were booked.

We felt very welcomed at the front desk and the clerk relayed information to us about our room's location on the second floor and what to expect (level changes, turns etc.). Our meal at Cutler's was very good, and our server was amazing.

The pillows on the beds are made for men with broad shoulders. I ended up sleeping without a pillow because they were so full and big.

Staff was incredibly friendly but not too o er the top, which is sometimes annoying. The room was warm, as it was cold out, and the beds were very comfortable. Definitely clean, and didn’t feel like I couldn’t touch things.

The only complaint is that the hallway was cold. But it was extremely cold out, so out of their hands!

Hotel was wonderful and everything we wanted and needed!! The hotel staff is exceptional- very friendly and helpful! The rooms are clean and spacious, beds are super comfortable! The location is perfect- near everything. A quick walk to Ohio University campus and stadium for football games! Perfect place to stay!

We loved everything about this!

Room was very comfortable and clean. Room service was the quickest I've ever seen! The food was excellent! Still hot when it arrived. The employees are friendly and very helpful. I actually felt like they appreciated my business!

Need more snacks and drinks. No canned soda. Getting it from the restaurant/bar isn't working. If you order extra soda, it's flat before you can drink it.

The actual room was clean and tastefully decorated with great OU influenced photos both historically and more current. Also, the dining experience was pleasant with several tasty options and excellent customer service.

The lobby of the building where we stayed (Bldg. 3) seemed dirty and unkept; nothing appealing set up as an inviting prepared space.

This hotel is wonderful! We stopped on our way home from Florida and this place exceeded our expectation. They have a great restaurant inside so we didn't have to find somewhere to eat, the rooms were very clean and spacious, and the staff was wonderful. This will be our go to spot when taking long road trips.

My son and I stayed overnight in between college visits. It was so cute and quaint. Check-in/check-out was super easy. I got a good price on booking.com. Rooms were clean and nice, beds comfy, and the Starbucks in the lobby was a wonderful treat after a long day when we were ready to relax. I will definitely be recommending it to all of my friends who visit their kids at OU.

Nothing at all

This is our second stay. First stay we booked last room available and had two full beds. Ok. Second stay I requested, and my booking stated two queen beds. We again got two full beds. This room was in a different section of hotel. Not sure if they have queen beds …?
