The hotel is perfectly placed. It has easy access to nearby stores and restaurants while also allowing easy passage to where we wanted to go for the weekend! The staff were all lovely and nice! We had fun in the indoor pool, and although we didn't interact with it, we appreciated the small corner of purchasable conveniences such as Tylenol and snacks.

The main problems we encountered all related to sleeping. One downside we had was that the beds were hardly comfy. I also had to constantly adjust the blinds to block the parking lot lights shining into our room.

The hotel location was very accessible to the highway and within short drives of food and shopping. The staff were very friendly and helpful, despite the busy weekend of our stay. Everything was clean and well maintained.

The shower water pressure wasn't the greatest but was adequate for quick washes. The placement of the bathroom faucets was very off - there was very little room to effectively wash without getting water everywhere.

Convenient room location near elevator. New bathroom and shower excellent quality and craftsmanship right down to the bead of caulking in surround seams. Renovations completed in May of 2024. Excellent showerhead and varieties of spray I had not seen before. Excellent bathroom, vanity, and mirror border lighting. Excellent queen, size beds, and mattresses. Pillows labeled “soft” and “firm.” Excellent breakfast varieties and tasty.

Considerable sound from hard walking on third floor room above at night and in the morning.

Very close to all the HH attractions. Not a far drive from anything. Close to restaurants/winery/breweries & Walmart. Property was clean and quiet & dog friendly.

Idk if it’s standard practice but I had to sign something stating I wouldn’t leave my dog unattended in the room. We took him everywhere with us which limited us a little bit.

Breakfast. Staff very pleasant and accommodating king size bed. Shower hot and drained great. In shower the soap, shampoo and conditioner not messy was on a holder in the shower. Towels clean and bed sheets. Television worked with cable. Good coffee with Keurig. Dusted. Breakfast area was clean and both the girl and guy supplied enough food. Very nice pleasant said hi if we needed anything let them know. Front desk as well. Parking lot clean.

Room needed swept just a little bit better but it was swept. Carpet in hallways needed replaced . There weren't cut or tears just rippled some. Stairs needed swept. Wish their would of been bacon, just my personal preference.

I thought that the staff was very kind and professional. The rooms were comfortable but the beds were not as comfortable as I would have liked. Good enough.

The face value was good but the stairs going up and down were dirty and gross. They leaked and were soaked after the storm. Light on staff during breakfast. Good disappearing faster than it can be made. The same with coffee up front.

I like the way that the room was set up. It was clean and fairly spacious for a hotel room with a king bed. I liked the fact that it had an indoor pool as well.

It appeared that the TV remote was not working correctly. I could not pick a show off of the guide channel. Because they were short-staffed, our room was not cleaned. That was disappointing.

The breakfast was delicious every morning. The staff was all very friendly. One staff member Misty went above and beyond her duties and did an outstanding job!!

There is really nothing we didn’t like, although we didn’t use the pool we were wishing there was a hot tub but not a necessity.

The breakfast had a very good selection! Loved the variety! Coffee was fantastic!

The pancake maker didn't work either morning after multiple tries by the staff. The oatmeal was watery both mornings. Other than that, it was excellent! Love the coffee.

Great location and nice staff.

Found hair in the bathtub and on the vanity counter. I brought my own cleaning supplies and cleaned it. Thin wall but requested to move to the 3rd floor and it was granted. I would definitely stay and recommend this hotel.
