There was a party in the lobby by the main entrance that went on well past midnight. Loud music tons of alcohol. There was no shampoo in the shower. Or enough towels for 2 ppl. When I booked the room the site states that the checkout time is by 12pm. I asked the front attendant if there was a possibility to get a late check out and was told that check out is at 11. 12 would be considered a late check out. Which I did save that info in case I am charged for the extra hour! Other than that the room was nice, clean, & was able to do laundry However $3 to wash laundry is not bad. But $3 to dry the laundry was pricey. & did not even give enough time to dry the load!

We were traveling for a Ghost investigation at the fairfield county infirmary, this is a quick 9 minute drive to/from. The king suite was roomy, temp was set weirdly high (78* lol), and the bath towels were on the opposite side of the bathroom as the shower and they were on a somewhat tall shelf, for this being a handicapped accessible room (not a complaint but an observation as I scooted the floor towel across the room to grab one after our shower LOL. Ethan was polite and personable at check in, always appreciated!

Needed to dry one pair of pants... laundry room didn't say how much it cost, I put a quarter in each slot but it wouldn't work. It required 2 quarters per slot... $3 to dry some clothes seems ridiculous but I don't tend to do laundry when I travel so this might be an average price

Well received upon arrival. Processed quite quickly. A quiet stay. Great breakfast! Lots of restaurants nearby.

The view from this motel is not very good. Lots of traffic noise on the south side of the building. Not terribly loud, but could be annoying at times.

The staff was nice

Room wasn’t as big as I expected my reservation didn’t show up and it was showing up on my end they could not find it on their end and took about an hour to finally figure out a room, and I had to end up paying more than what was supposed to be

Convenient location to the mall and fav restaurant canes.

The shower head was horrible and not adjustable. We asked house keeping to get someone to fix it after the first night. It never happened. No microwave in the room. Water cooler in the hallway did not work

This hotel is very convenient when visiting my family. Your staff is extremely pleasant and helpful.

The hotel is really starting to show wear and tear. It could use a facelift.

Great staff at Lancaster. Very helpful maintenance technician. Very good breakfast selections.

Very poor television channel selections.

Location and cleanliness

Was nice until a gentleman from housekeeping tried to enter my room around 9 am without knocking or announcing who he was Thankfully I had the bar lock on so he couldn’t enter

People were extremely nice

No info in room about area ex restaurants etc No info for tv channels. Parking was always full or almost full.

Was great for a night away. The beds are always comfortable and the rooms are clean.

The location is a little difficult to get into and out of.
