Very modern decor n comfort. Liked the outdoor seating as well as seating in l9bby area. Room was comfortable and not crowded. Loved the color scheme. Nice touch having a night light in bathroom. I planned to use indoor pool but there were a handful of kids so I chose to let them have their fun.

Claiming to be "pet friendly" at a charge of $50 is a bit extremely hi price. Perhaps "pets allowed" is better phrase. If you are "friendly" the charge would be half the price, there would be water bowls outside, somewhere in l9bby and perhaps a bowl of biscuits at check in desk. That's being friendly!

The staff here went above and beyond for me and my wife’s honeymoon. I let them know in my booking we were going to be staying for our honeymoon and when we arrived they left flowers, a congratulations card, and a cake! It was such a kind gesture and the cake was amazing! Staff is always kind and courteous and happy to help with anything you need or give recommendations on things to do around the area. The GM of this hotel goes above and beyond and makes sure you feel welcome. They have complimentary dinner on Wednesday and I will say it was so good! It exceeded our expectations! Breakfast is always a hit and their coffee is always fresh. Bedrooms are always clean and the bed is so comfortable. We will be lifetime customers for this hotel it’s the best of the best!

Breakfasts were very hearty and very regional. This has to be the first hotel breakfast I've seen that provided grits. Onsite laundry and gym were greatly appreciated. Also, several local restaurants will provide a 10% discount on presentation of room key from this Sleep Inn. I used it at the Olde Dutch restaurant, and that restaurant deserves praise as well.

Rooms are clean, but the furniture is beginning to show its age. The desk surfaces appear worn due to repeated loadings of luggage cases. Beds are also slightly squeaky. Not terrible though and to be expected.

My husband and I came to the area for an impromptu one night Hawking Hills experience. We were unable to stay at the lodge because they required a two nights stay. We were worried that the sleep in would be too far from the trails, but the location was perfect. The staff was friendly, helpful, and courteous. The room was immaculate. The free breakfast was delicious. I would highly recommend staying at the sleep in for anyone who wants to visit Hawking Hills.

We came to Hocking hills to ride our motorcycles. The hotel was easy to get to and having the restaurants and shopping within walking distance was definitely a plus, we were able to walk to eat each evening and have a few drinks without having to worry about driving. The hotel offered a free breakfast which was the best hotel breakfast we have ever had. During our last night, the hotel filled up with a bunch of young people there for a volleyball event. We came down for breakfast the lobby was full of young women, we thought the food would be picked over but the staff made sure there was plenty of hot fresh food available, we were truly impressed,. Every employee we interacted with was pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable, We truly appreciated having such a nice place to stay after riding all day. We will definitely stay again any time we return to the area.

Would have like to have an outdoor pool but the indoor pool and fitness center were very nice.

The motel was very clean, the room comfortable and well appointed. The breakfast was plentiful and the dining area well maintained. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The accessibility components in the bathroom were very nice.

We requested an accessible room and were given a room on the second floor. As there was an elevator, this was fine, however, the room was near the far end of the hall from the elevator. Our elderly mother had a long trek with her walker just to reach the room. Not everyone with a disability is in a wheel chair. The room was great for her, once we reached it. As someone newly traveling with a handicapped individual, it seems like the layout/design of the accessible room was not ideal.

This is a great hotel to stay at. We had booked a different hotel in Columbus for one night prior. Then we found out it was false advertising. We were able to drive for over an hour after a late night event and get in to the Sleep inn one night early. Staff were super helpful, hospitable, and kind. The hotel and the facilities were spotless. The breakfast was really good too!

Front desk gentleman was awesome super friendly and helpful. The breakfast wasn't super great. But we appreciated the menu the night before and also that you served hot breakfast. Location was great. Walked to dinner each night and close to downtown area or going to Hocking Hills.

AC unit smelled a bit musty and the window shade was broken. Beds squeaked when you moved around.

Our room did not get ant attention from housekeeping the morning of our second day. So we didn't have clean towels or washcloths to use not was the bed remade like it typically would be for a hotel. Lighting by the door was non existent unless the bathroom light was on. Even then it's still pretty dark.

The staff.. gentleman at the front desk and a few people in housekeeping were extremely nice & accommodating. I don’t think we could have found a better place to stay. This was our second year with sleep Inn and both times were exceptional in service.

The bed felt like it was going downhill at our heads & the pillows weren’t the best but I brought my own, so that helped but those are our only disappointments. All in all, I’d still give this place a 5 ⭐️ rating
