The staff here went above and beyond for me and my wife’s honeymoon. I let them know in my booking we were going to be staying for our honeymoon and when we arrived they left flowers, a congratulations card, and a cake! It was such a kind gesture and the cake was amazing! Staff is always kind and courteous and happy to help with anything you need or give recommendations on things to do around the area. The GM of this hotel goes above and beyond and makes sure you feel welcome. They have complimentary dinner on Wednesday and I will say it was so good! It exceeded our expectations! Breakfast is always a hit and their coffee is always fresh. Bedrooms are always clean and the bed is so comfortable. We will be lifetime customers for this hotel it’s the best of the best!

Breakfasts were very hearty and very regional. This has to be the first hotel breakfast I've seen that provided grits. Onsite laundry and gym were greatly appreciated. Also, several local restaurants will provide a 10% discount on presentation of room key from this Sleep Inn. I used it at the Olde Dutch restaurant, and that restaurant deserves praise as well.

Rooms are clean, but the furniture is beginning to show its age. The desk surfaces appear worn due to repeated loadings of luggage cases. Beds are also slightly squeaky. Not terrible though and to be expected.

We came to Hocking hills to ride our motorcycles. The hotel was easy to get to and having the restaurants and shopping within walking distance was definitely a plus, we were able to walk to eat each evening and have a few drinks without having to worry about driving. The hotel offered a free breakfast which was the best hotel breakfast we have ever had. During our last night, the hotel filled up with a bunch of young people there for a volleyball event. We came down for breakfast the lobby was full of young women, we thought the food would be picked over but the staff made sure there was plenty of hot fresh food available, we were truly impressed,. Every employee we interacted with was pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable, We truly appreciated having such a nice place to stay after riding all day. We will definitely stay again any time we return to the area.

Would have like to have an outdoor pool but the indoor pool and fitness center were very nice.

The motel was very clean, the room comfortable and well appointed. The breakfast was plentiful and the dining area well maintained. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The accessibility components in the bathroom were very nice.

We requested an accessible room and were given a room on the second floor. As there was an elevator, this was fine, however, the room was near the far end of the hall from the elevator. Our elderly mother had a long trek with her walker just to reach the room. Not everyone with a disability is in a wheel chair. The room was great for her, once we reached it. As someone newly traveling with a handicapped individual, it seems like the layout/design of the accessible room was not ideal.

The staff.. gentleman at the front desk and a few people in housekeeping were extremely nice & accommodating. I don’t think we could have found a better place to stay. This was our second year with sleep Inn and both times were exceptional in service.

The bed felt like it was going downhill at our heads & the pillows weren’t the best but I brought my own, so that helped but those are our only disappointments. All in all, I’d still give this place a 5 ⭐️ rating

Great breakfast with a rotating menu so you get something a little different each day. Room was clean and quiet. The location was close to the highway, and a short drive to shopping and restaurants were within walking distance. Hocking Hills hiking trails were a short drive away and a TON of fun to explore.

It was very clean! The lobby, the elevator, the halls and the rooms are very well taken care of. The front desk staff was the absolute nicest and made sure we didn't want for nothing! The room was perfect size for our little girls night. A fridge, a microwave and seating options. The bathroom was clean and the shower was great. The proximity to the highway, restaurants and other places was very nice. Would stay again!

Would have preferred a hot tub over a pool but we did use the pool and it was clean and warm.

This is one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at!! The location is fantastic, loved being able to walk to several restaurants and bars. The outdoor patio looks so welcoming in nicer weather with access to a grill and fire pit!!

Only thing that could’ve been a little better was the breakfast- it took a long time to refill the trays of hot food that were empty

The staff was awesome. The rooms were super clean and the beds are super comfy. Told the wife Im gonna miss the bed, which I got the best sleep in a long time. The breakfest was good with multiple options from meats, egggs to breads with drink stations. The seating area was unique and clean. The hotel is easy to get to and is located close to all major attractions. Perfect Location!!!! Would most definetly stay here again and will be soon. No major complaints, everything went very well.

Only complaint is the pool only holds a max of 3 small (3people) families, even 2 small families is pushing it, BUT it is heated and if you time it right you can enjoy before everyone decides its time to swim!!! If they would have made the pool larger, this would be a 100 star hotel. I would not consider this a reason not to stay here because it is a great clean, comfy hotel!

This property was extraordinary. I have never experienced a cleaner more comfortable hotel ever. The breakfast buffet was unbelievable with waffles, bacon or sausage, eggs of omelettes, biscuits and gravy and cereals and fruit. The staff was congenial and helpful, always greeting us when we walked in and wishing us a good day when we walked out. I can’t say enough about the Sleep Inn.
