Room was clean and comfortable. All the basic necessities included towels, soap, parking plus a fridge and microwave, lamps with charging stations, nice tv, nice heater and a/c unit. And great location in respect to Ohio University and uptown Athens. Great rate too. I needed a nice, safe place for quick, one night stay and this motel was perfect for that.

It is a good value. Kind of away from everything. But still within reasonable driving distance. The place was quiet. Although the rooms need some updates they were clean.

Metal box frames for the beds, made a boom noise every time some one moved, so it would wake me up. Rooms are small.

Liked that it was close to campus, bed comfortable and each room had refrigerator and also a bathtub My stay at Holiday inn did not have a microwave or bathtub in the room and was 50$ more

Lots of construction on road outside entrances hard to find.The bathroom door needed cleaning had fingerprints on it and not many tv channels available

Nice staff, comfortable beds and great location. Could use a fresh coat of paint in the rooms. Love the black out blinds. Would differently stay here again.
