Extremely clean, well kept, beautiful atmosphere, staff was kind and courteous, breakfast was so delicious. I especially loved the waffles! Shout out to the cooking staff, the food was hot, more was brought out quickly and the lady who served everyone was so kind! Our room was very spacious and comfortable. If you are looking for a great place to relax in Circleville this is the place to go.

The bed is very firm, I had a hard time getting comfortable. I am used to a soft bed so that was the only thing I struggled with. I will add that it is very supportive if that is what you need.

The assistant manager I talked to at check in was amazing, she was super nice and helpful. Our room was very comfortable, a good size, and very clean. The breakfast had a decent selection and my son enjoyed it.

The man working the front desk when I checked out was kinda rude, when I went to ask him about extending our stay he was just very short and had an attitude for no reason. And also they claimed that the pool was heated and it definitely wasn’t it was very cold

everything looked very new and well kept. staff were very professional (desk clerk explained all the amenities at check-in ) and the women over seeing breakfast kept the items well stocked, the area clean and were very friendly and helpful. my room was very comfortable and I loved the special touch of the personal welcome on my tv screen. the pool, although smaller was very clean and pleasant. the location is near various restaurants and a Walmart and I love that it is just outside Columbus.

I wish there had been hair conditioner in the shower.

It was fun! The waffle recipe mix was off and did not bake correctly, as it looked as if there was a stringy mess on the plate. It looked like a plate piled with cooked bacon! It was comical as other people were staring at my wife and I as it appeared that we were the only people who had bacon which was not the case! People gave us dirty looks as it appeared that we had bacon...ALL of the bacon! The attendant worked with the batter and got the same results, and then corrected the batter problem with no hesitation! He even brought us replacement waffles. This attendant did his job well and is to be commended for his successful efforts! Great customer service!

I did not care for the "barn door" bathroom door. It was so out of place in such an otherwise fine and modern facility.

The property was very clean and beds comfortable with abundant fresh linen. The breakfast space was spacious with good quality breakfast food.

It’s not aesthetically pleasing area and I didn’t like the new decorating used at many Hamptons now; I think it’s cheesy and cold. The location of hotel is ugly but convenient…fine for overnight stay.

If you or a teenager is a gamer and they bring a gaming console to plug into the tv, they don’t give you the actually TV remote, but instead just a remote for their cable box. This made it to where the TV input sources could not be changed, so instead you have to unplug the HDMI to their box to put in your own HDMI in the same spot. Definitely not a big deal though. Hotel was wonderful!

Breakfast was very nice and the all the workers were trying to hard to keep everything clean and hot.

My 10 year old didn't like the fact that there were no waffles available. This was no problem as he would rather make them than eat them. Everything was great!

We had to stop due to snowstorm. The staff in the morning was so helpful with road conditions and made sure we had a snack bag in case we ran into trouble.

When we first walked in the lobby, there was a stale odor. It wasn’t in the room though.

Check in/Check out was very easy and the staff were quite knowledgeable and polite. Everything was very clean, and there were no strong perfume smells, such as those from carpet cleaning sprays.

The front desk employees were extremely helpful and welcoming! They were more than accommodating at night with our big group of old friends catching up with a few drinks in the lobby lounge area.
