The lobby area and overall rooms were nice. The breakfast was good.

The rooms were a little smaller than most Fairfield Inns we have stayed in. The pool was exceptionally small which was fine because we didn’t have time to truly enjoy it but that may be an issue for someone hoping to use the pool. It was a bit loud and the room had a funny smell. It almost smelled like cigarettes but not really. Just odd. We weren’t there long enough to have it really bother us.

Clean, modern, well maintained facility and furnishing. Several restaurants within a minutes walk from the hotel. Heated pool and well equipped exercise room. Bottled wine, snacks, and amenities available for purchase. Generous breakfast offerings. Noon checkout.

Bed was comfortable but mattress was a bit too soft for my liking.

Great location! I’m from Indiana and came back for a 3rd visit to the Native American/Hopewell mounds in the area.

I had to cancel the 2nd night of my stay because of a family situation. I saw a receipt after I got home and it looks like the hotel charged me anyway. Please help me recoup this.

The staff were very friendly and accomodating to our needs. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was to be expected.

Overall, the experience was great for a one night stay. We did have issues with the latch lock on one of our rooms but the staff were quick to resolve the issue.

Conveniently located off the highway with lots of food/gas options, friendly staff, well maintained. They’re actively renovating floor by floor (halfway done as of January 2023), and we got one of the new rooms.

There was a stray hair or two in the shower, but otherwise everything was great. They took the holiday off from renovation work, but I imagine there will probably be some construction noise for the next several weeks. Not pet-friendly.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by beefy friendly front desk attendants. They saw we were traveling with children and made sure to ask if we needed a travel crib and told us the pool and fitness center hours. We came down in the evening to swim and the front desk attendants gave us a complimentary travel kit of infant soaps and creams. They then asked if we needed any milk for our toddler for bedtime and went above and beyond to get us a few cartoons of milk and some cereal for a snack. None of this was asked for and was simply out of kindness from the staff! The rooms were very nice and comfortable and we really enjoyed the oversized shower. The included breakfast was also very good. The breakfast are clean and well stocked with plenty of variety. We will definitely be staying here again!

Breakfast was good, missed having toast and bacon as an option.

Could have had larger area or location to open suitcase. Needs better lighting for bathroom mirror to apply makeup. No freezer in fridge.
