Customer service at check in at 9 pm at night was wonderful! Friendly, knowledgeable of rooms, times, locations, etc. Pool was great, and open late. Breakfast had nice options! Clean room and space for 4 people. Nice food options near by to grab something quick if you get in late.

Pool could have been warmer, and the sauna was not working which we were excited to use.

The staff was really polite. The breakfast bar was perfect. The housekeepers were thorough and efficient.

The room had a musty smell, which was detectable each time we returned to the room. It wasn't overwhelming, but it was present. The lighting was dim over the sink.

We liked everything we were traveling home from a vacation it was nice and clean

There was a softball tournament or something so the pool was crazy when I took my younger child down to swim. Basically she couldn’t swim cause the other kids were being crazy

The rate for the stay was better than expected

There leaves a lot to be desired for the breakfast options. The hot water situation was below standard. No mini coffee pots in the room

Night time clerk Sue was wonderful. She and the staff helped us carry our stuff upstairs since there is no elevator. Indoor pool was wonderful.

Breakfast eggs and sausage was kind of lame. Make your own fresh waffles were wonderful.

Breakfast was great, pool warm and relaxing . Located right beside ( walking distance) LaRosas restaurant and it was great.

No hook / rod to hang clothes on

Jordan at the front desk was a breath of fresh air. We were traveling without making a reservation ahead of time, found out that waiting too long is NOT A GOOD IDEA. The only room they had left was a smoking room, we really didn't want to go that route. She called another hotel for us while I was on hold to see if they had a room available in a neighboring town!!!! Who does that these days? She also was the first and ONLY person at a front desk to ask if I had any discounts before starting the paperwork.....

The only thing that was a dislike was the fact that it was a smoking room (but that was our fault). This is an older hotel, but seems to be very well maintained. Very spacious room and clean

The place was very clean not just the room but hallways and the pool area was well maintained and I will be booking again!
