Got there and waited like 10 minutes at front desk before anyone showed up to help us. Booked a room with a queen size bed and got two bed, maybe full size. Wasn't a queen size bed but room was by front door so it was ok. Room was very clean, but mattresses were not very comfortable. Put drinks in the fridge to keep cold just to find out in the morning the fridge wasn't even plugged in. Everything looked brand new like the had just finished a remodel. Would stay again if I was in the area. Breakfast was good also, biscuits and gravy, pancakes and eggs. 8 out of 10.

The employees are why I gave this hotel such a high rating! Location was in the middle of everything you could ask for.

Maintenance is severely lacking! Too many issues to list! 1 possible safety issue and 1 security issue. Front door hard to close and lock. Again, employees saved the hotel from receiving a negative review.

You got a lot for a great price. The food was great and hot water actually stayed hot in the Jacuzzi tub.

The bed was just a little too stiff but that's just me. Someone else may think it's perfect.

We stayed here on an overnight stop in one on the new rooms, which was quiet, comfortable and nicely decorated. Several restaurants within easy walking distance and some shopping. It was also very close to the Hopewell National Historic Park with its monumental mounds, so we were able to visit this site before setting out on our drive.

I love how close it was to several businesses and restaurants. Having Walgreens, Dollar Tree, Sam's Club and many shopping and food options was awesome! I was not familiar with the area at all but having those options was welcoming!

The only thing I did not like was the noise I could hear at night from the parking lot of a few restaurants that were right next to the hotel. Also hearing the next room's toilet flushing and the chipped paint in the shower were a bummer.

overall clean, decently priced. can tell they are working on remodeling. Front desk was a bit too friendly going into great detail about her son’s bathroom habits when my husband just asked if there was a bathroom in the lobby. Breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast.They do have gluten free options which is very nice.

Parking lot to the hotel is kinda awkward to get to and lots of potholes

The location was great just a few miles from my destination. The facility was easy to get to. It was surrounded by places to eat and shop.

The pillows were to soft needed to be more firm.

Of all the area hotel/ motels this is the best price while still expensive. Currently having remodeling done. Good breakfast and they let us grab some items when we checked out even though it wasn't quite 6 am. Staff is always great and accommodating. Had a handicapped room but only 1 bed and I thought it would be 2 but was adequate. We were going to arrive past our estimated arrival time and I called and the staff was wonderful. We always stay here when visiting.

Rooms and flooring need an update and Chillicothe needs more affordable stays. Over 100/a night makes it hard to visit the area. Room was clean but very dated where most Best Westerns we stay at have no carpeting and are updated colors. Shower didn't get hot.

Most all the staff were friendly and took interest that my stay was the best they could make it

Elevator was not operating and I was told my room had to be on the first floor.

The hotel was updated and clean. The desk staff and breakfast staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable.
