I liked how clean it was. The children liked the pool, but said it was really cold.

The temperature of the pool. Needs to be a bit warmer, especially on a weekend when my kids say it’s cold that means it’s really cold. I wouldn’t even get in. Breakfast was good, but the pancake dispenser was not working and it seemed like they were having a hard time keeping up with the food. Granted, I believe there may have only been one or two people working so that would happen if that is the case there’s no way one or two people could’ve kept up with that crowd.

The breakfast was great. My daughter loved the pancake maker. The area was clean and inviting and was well stocked with everything that was offered. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The desk employees were nice and I didn't have to wait long at the desk to be attended to.

Only thing that was annoying was that the shower head didn't work properly. The head showed signs of tarnish and corrosion. The water would only come out on the setting for the biggest holes, so the shower would either feel like you were using a garden hose (volume but no pressure, no spread) or at the end of a pressure washer (lot of pressure with not much volume). The outside rings of the shower head were totally gunk'd up. Disappointing after a long day working.

I liked that there was a microwave & the layout of the room. I liked how comfortable the bed was. I liked the location a lot.

I was disappointed that there wasn’t a hot tub. But someone did say that there’s a renovation happening in 2026. The sliding door in the shower didn’t stay closed. It kept slowly sliding open.

Check-in was easy, the staff were fantastic and responsive, the room and bathroom were clean and fresh. The offerings for the continental breakfast were great and appealing to all ages.

The only room we saw for improvement was the pool area because it was a bit dark.

The hotel was very clean. The pool was clean. The breakfast was excellent and the hostess was very nice and helpful. Everything met or exceeded our expectations.

There wasn't much that we didn't like. The only thing that comes to mind is that the tv remote control was kinda gross and sticky. Other than that everything was great.

The beds were super comfy with great pillows and blankets. We enjoyed the hot breakfast with many options. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Really don't have anything to complain about, but I wished it wasn't so pricey.

Location was great for us. Our family gathering was in a small town 10 miles away, the hotel was 2 blocks from the highway. EZ off, EZ on. Any shopping we needed to do was just a few blocks away, several popular restaurants were within walking distance.

Room and bathroom were clean except for a few minor things, curtains had water stains, no stopper for bath tub (our 2 yr old grandson was with us) small table in room was wobbly and loose. Other than that the room was clean and fresh smelling.

The bed was very comfortable!

In the breakfast area, it would be nice if the butter packets were of a softer spreading consistency. The butter was very hard which makes a mess when trying to spread toast, pancakes etc.

The snack room was a pain becasue it wasn’t regular vending machine had to go to desk to pay and is using a card you had to spend 10$ and when I tried to use cash they didn’t have change and no one there to give the proper change

The hotel staff was very friendly, the room was very clean, and the bed was really comfortable. Best sleep I have had in a hotel in a while. Loved the fact that they had a hot breakfast.
