The room was clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic. No complaints whatsoever with that. check-in time was 3 o'clock, but we were going to be in that area way before 3.So we were able to call and get a earlier check in which was very nice. We definitely would stay there again.

The only complaints I have and they're really not big. Complaints is the bathroom door stuck. When you try to close it and open, it made a loud noise and we did not have a don't disturb sign and about a 1/2 an hour before check out time. housekeeping came and knocked on the door. Which was a inconvenient time since my husband was in the shower and I was getting dressed but she was very polite wanting to know if we needed our garbage empty or fresh towels..I was able to get dressed quickly by her 2nd knock. she was very polite.But having a do not disturb sign on the door would have helped. But other than that no real complaints. no

We booked through Booking.com and had late arrival (11:30pm). they had one room left and it did not have a working TV. Didn't think it would be an issue bc we went to sleep right away. However, we needed a working TV to watch college ball on Saturday and the only thing they could do is switch us to a queen room - no king rooms available nearby our room. Chose not to move to another room, they could not accommodate us with a TV only change our room. Customer service at the desk and Manager could not compensate us for no TV. Small issue, but matters to me bc I am a Holiday Inn Member. I was lead to believe because I booked through Booking.com I was a "less than" customer. Not happy with customer service, but again, our issue was small, but stayed 2 nights and overall was satisfied. Breakfast was very good with a wide variety of breakfast each morning. They did this very well.

The staff were all super friendly and very helpful for anything we needed. I had my chihuahuas (2) with us, and we had traveled 16 hrs. When we arrived, they got us into our room quickly, and the coffee and breakfast were awesome! It was a holiday, so housekeeping was off, but we were able to get everything we needed. Our stay was everything we could have wanted, needed, or expected. Good clean room and comfortable sleep and super friendly staff. My grandson loved the pool also. We took a lot of pictures and great memories at the Holiday Inn Express East. Definitely recommend this hotel for anyone and everyone

The great Breakfast. The comfortable beds. Short walk to the room from the parking lot and had luggage trolly at door made getting luggage to room easier. Close to highway with easy access. That is all

I was unaware the Hotel would add a $20/room holding fee for any damages and will take 7-10 days to have a credit on my credit card. The charge on my credit card was more than I expected. On Booking.com I requested 2 King rooms and it appeared that was what I was going to get however the hotel only had rooms with 2 queen beds which worked out but why did booking.com have the King room as an option to choose from?

It was very clean, the best were so cozy and I slept great. The front desk attendant was very friendly, and breakfast tasted great.

I’ve never been to a hotel where housekeeping started banging on our door 2 hours before checkout. Not just once, but twice. The second time was at 10am and checkout wasn’t until 11am.

The breakfast was "so so", but that is what you get with free breakfast anymore. The pool was closed for maintenance for a large part of my stay. I was only there for one day so was not able to use it.

The hotel lobby was clean and inviting. The front staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good and the area was exceptionally clean. Our room was very comfortable. The shade feature at the window was the best I’ve seen at keeping bright lights out of the room at night. The small night light in the bathroom was perfect for overnight bathroom visits. Overall the property was great and I look forward to staying there again.

Everything was perfect! Best hotel we have ever stayed at!

Only downside to the room was they gave us only 2 towels for 4 adults in the room. Should have supplied more knowing there were 4 people in the room. But we easily were able to get more.

visibly soiled tv remote - ick. most of the channels didn’t work. breakfast was included with our reservations - quality of food was good - oatmeal and pancakes were not available due to issues. bathtub drain was quite slow.

The cozy lobby and fireplace . The beds were very comfortable.

The breakfast was very delicious and the hostess was very welcoming and went the extra mile.
