Lady at the front desk was friendly -- the rooms are a good size and they fulfilled my request of being on the ground floor. Plenty of parking and super close to the track we go to for IFO.

We had a cleaning lady walk in without knocking while my boyfriend was in the shower. Luckily he had a towel to cover himself but he thought it was me coming back into the room and peeked his head out of the bathroom door and realized someone random was in the room. I was VERY upset about this and went to the front desk and she apologized but didn't do anything to make the situation better... You should never enter a room without at least knocking and this was WAY before check out time of 11 am.

Staff was friendly, easy check-in, room was clean and had bar soap and shampoo to use - great location for trips to hebron (and national trail raceway) with a bob evans and a gas station right across the street is great for the morning!

wish the beds were bigger, only full size but still were comfy! bathroom is small but fine for two people. no real breakfast, just coffee pot and some store bought donuts so we went to bob evan's.

The room was very warm. I understand the need to keep ac units turned off/down… so it isn’t even a real complaint… but it was the only thing I didn’t enjoy. It was terribly hot outside and the room had to be cooled down to be comfortable. But it cooled quickly. I was a very late arrival and couldn’t get to sleep until the room cooled a bit.

I don't believe it has breakfast, was more of a self serve. There was a truck stop across the street though that had options. No elevator but thankfully stayed on the first floor. It felt safe and friendly

It wasn't a 5 star or anything super special, not a complaint just an observation.

Convenient location

There was an unpleasant smoking odor in hall on second and third day I’m thinking from other guests. It was unpleasant to open door and get hit with it. Issue with other guests and not the hotel

Great hotel if you're going to the national trail raceway. The staff was friendly, easy check in. Towels, shampoo, and bar soap provided.

Beds we okay, the pillows were comfy though! Parking lot is pretty chopped up so if you have a lowered car it's difficult to navigate.

Had a wonderful experience here. There was no surprise deposit, the staff is super friendly and helpful, and the room was clean.

Honestly it was fine the staff is amazing here. They went out of there way to help me out .I have a 2 year old a big dog and a lot of stress. They offered to walk my pup to give me a brake..when I had problems with the 3rd party rental app they worked around it. Definitely worth the money to stay here I'm surprised it's not more.

Price and location was perfect for me.

Felt questionable as soon as i see plexiglass separating staff counter and customers. But safety is important.

The beds was like sleeping on a cloud, and the most part me and my wife loved was the view of the interstate from the room. We had a pleasant stay, the staff was also very helpful constantly asking if we need anything thank you guys for a comfortable and a great night of rest.
