The breakfast exceeding my expectations. The attendant was very friendly, and the food was plentiful and varied. There were eggs, meats, biscuits and gravy, cereal, toast and muffins, yogurt, fruit, coffee and juices.

The room was very clean, but it felt a little shabby. The bathroom door handle came off in my daughter's hand, and so after that we couldn't shut the door because it was then impossible to open from the inside. The room faced the road and was a bit noisy, and the walls are thin and you can hear conversations in the hall and in the adjacent rooms. All in all the quality was consistent with the price, and the over all cleanliness, comfortable bed, and the excellent breakfast went a long way towards making up for the other shortfalls. Bring ear plugs and you'll be fine.

The room was very clean and quite nice. Sound level was fair, although Iwas wakened by a loud conversation between a couple people around 3AM.

See above, and heat left a bit to be desired - too hot in bed area and no/little heat made it to the bathroom. Heater also made a whining noise whenever it shut off. Main thing that needs attention we discovered in the morning - A window could not be closed all the way which meant that it could also not be locked!!! Being a first floor room, that was a bit scary. We did inform the desk about that. Advise visitors check the windows before accepting a room.

We booked this hotel so we where close to the hospital for my daughter's surgery. Our stay here was awesome everyone was pleasant .Check in was fast and no problem the rooms where nice and clean beds were nice and comfy with plenty of pillows to choose from firm to soft. Breakfast was really good nice variety of breakfast items to choose from. Manager was very nice and pleasant. We would definitely stay again if we are back that way .

Pool was a little chilly but other than that everything was great

I have a prepaid visa that my direct deposit goes on every pay since 2016. My identity was stolen so I don't have a regular bank. The third time I booked n went to pay the front desk denied my payment because it wasn't a bank. Which it is just not a popular one. This is after I have already stayed and paid with same debit card twice before. After driving almost 3 hours, I had to book a room next door. Which was an inconvenience

The rooms were very clean and had everything that I needed in the room for my stay, it was a big plus that the bed was super comfortable,. I also was pleased that it was quiet with no noise at night or loud guest, liked the pump bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower instead of the little tiny bottles, I would like to add that parking also was not an issue.

I was unable to eat breakfast because there were no non dairy options for milk or other foods. Please consider a few vegan options for people that have other dietary needs. Also the pillows on the beds were hard and I woke up with a headache. The water in the pool was freezing and after being in the water it never really warmed up, it was difficult to enjoy.

Very nice and clean throughout the entire facility and smelled fresh everywhere.

There was such a limited selection for breakfast items, and with my food intolerances, there were only a couple of things that I could nibble and left quite hungry.

The staff were very friendly & the breakfast was great. Plenty of shopping & food choices nearby.

The hotel itself was quiet. However, our room was at the front of the hotel & the highway noise was pretty loud.

Spacious clean room. Big shower w good hot water and good pressure. Breakfast was great! Breakfast lady was very nice...greeted us warmly.

Pool was too cold for me. Otherwise nice facilities.

During check-in, the stuff was very rude and unprofessional.

The way that stuff treats us was unprofessional, but my wife and i were advised not to take action by requesting a refund and check-in with the nearest hotel.

The guy at the front desk when I checked in was super nice and helpful. I had an issue with my credit card and he was so patient while I called my credit card to figure out what was going on. I was finally able to check in with my credit card and he was so nice I wish I knew his name.
