The hotel is conveniently located off the main highway. It was very clean throughout (lobby, cafe, hallways, and hotel room). Staff was friendly, kind, pleasant, and very personable. Breakfast foods are provided such as eggs, waffles, sausage, yogurts, apples, bananas, coffee, and various juices. A large television was in the cafe, which was nice to view while eating breakfast. A Walmart, Grocery Store, and Fast Food restaurants were conveniently nearby (2 miles or less). There is a swimming pool, but I did not utilize it. The hotel is approximately 15 miles from Sauder Village and the town of Archibald, Ohio which is a wonderful place to visit!

I did not like the "egg patties" which were served every day, and did not try eating them because they looked very "bland". I would have preferred scrambled eggs kept warm/hot in a serving pan and the opportunity to sprinkle shredded cheese on them. Sausage was also served daily, but I never tried it because I prefer bacon (which was not offered).

The sweet lady at the front desk was amazing and I would visit again just to have that experience again. She was very nice and accommodating when we had any issues she dealt with them right away. She gets 10 stars all on her own!

The pool could have used a cleaning and the breakfast selection could have been better. Some stuff in the bathroom was previously broken.

The breakfast was lacking. The eggs and sausage didn’t look good so I didn’t even have any. I ate a yogurt and waffle and cuties. I would have liked to have eaten some eggs and sausage but they didn’t look appealing. I was happy to have something to grab on my way out.

The bed could’ve been a little more comfortable. But I was happy with the hotel for the price! And it was clean. That’s always the most important.

Everything was awesome! The water in shower got hot really quick!! Really quiet hotel! I definitely will stay here again.

Bed mattresses, we're kind of too firm and not very think at all. Think my room needed new mattresses on the bed. But ,other than that , nothing else to complain about.

Easy check in, plus we were allowed to check-in early. Nice pool. Really ample breakfast. Clean and comfortable room. Great wifi. The downtown area of Napoleon is adorable, a nice surprise. Just keep in mind that it is more south of Toledo than it looks on the map! We were traveling to Chicago from Erie, so it took us a bit out of our way.

We had to re-arrange our plans due to COVID, but the hotel was no help in this regard. Never answered our inquiries. Once we arrived at the hotel, the staff was great, particularly at breakfast, but we would have appreciated some response to our questions.

Everything was great and staff very helpful and accommodating as we brought a pet at last minute.

It snowed over the weekend. Staff put us near an outside entrance to walk our pet so as not to disrupt others which was perfect. Issue was snow / ice build up and walkway needed more salt.

Staff was very very helpful. The staff went out of their way to accommodate our group when we needed some space for consuming snacks. The save was clean and organized.

The motel was in a location close to the event we were attending. The room was nice and clean. The staff were all very courteous and professional. The staff went out of their way to greet you as you entered the motel or went to their breakfast. The breakfast was good with a lot of available choices.
