We checked into this hotel on the last day of 2024. Having stayed at this brand before and been very satisfied, we chose it again. Fortunately, there was a discount this time, making it very cost-effective. The hotel environment is excellent. My favorite feature is the coffee station at the front desk, which provides hot water! The towels in the room are also very new and thick! The breakfast is exceptional—abundant, high-quality, and very satisfying. Starting the first day of the new year with such a meal was a delightful experience. The staff were diligent, consistently ensuring the food was replenished and the seating area remained clean and tidy.

My twin sister went at the tail end and they were cleaning it up around 10:45, but they let her eat. She had scrambled eggs, biscuits and sausage gravy. She said it was good.. the biscuits were a little dry, but it was late, so that's understandable. I was back in the room because I was tired from our concert and the walking we didn't anticipate...

We ran out of toilet paper, but my sister caught up with the house keeper in the morning and got an additional roll.

This was just a stop on a road trip to sleep and get breakfast. I wish we had gotten there a bit earlier to take advantage of the pool and exercise room. They seemed nice. The check-in clerk was prompt and helpful and the woman serving breakfast was quite friendly. Breakfast was pretty standard fare, but the area was clean and well kept.

The coffee was pretty much brown water. Thank goodness for the Starbucks just down the street.

Location was convenient with a variety of restaurants close by. Property was very clean. Staff complained about new ownership and changes in processes and procedures being implemented. Room was comfortable.

Looked like room had been painted recently and artwork on walls had not been replaced. Pool looked scummy with floating suds. Air conditioner in our room was peeling paint and could have used a good scrubbing.

Breakfast was good. Area was quiet considering the location by shopping and restaurants

The shower in my room left a lot to be desired. Very slow water pressure. Apparently this room was handicap accessible and only had a hand held shower wand. After running races it would have been nice if it had more pressure.

Location was good. The breakfast was very good. We liked having something different to chose from each morning. Bee I think was the ladies name that was head of the breakfast area always had a smile and was very helpful.

The pool was to cold to swim in.

Great property, amazing price, awesome breakfast. We stay at a lot of hotels and this is one of my tops. Will be back again. Thank you

Only thing I would suggest is maybe a small step to get into the hot tub in the room but other than that it was an amazing stay.

The breakfast was great with much variety: muffins, bagels, eggs, sausage, cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt, and more. The location was easy to find, near an interstate exit. Applebees was next door. Grocery store was a few blocks away.

If I had to pick one thing that I didn't like it would be the temperature of the pool. Freezing! Everything else was great!

Staff was friendly while we were there

I left a bathrobe in the bathroom and contacted them 3 times and had to leave messages. They never returned my calls. Where is my bathrobe?? Once we left I guess they just don't care about us anymore.

The bed, that was the best sleep I’ve ever gotten away from home, I need to know what kind of mattress they have.

I wasn’t able to find a staff member at checkout, there was a sign saying they were busy, and a basket for keys but that didn’t seem very secure so I did mobile checkout and left me keys in the room. Everything worked out fine with it but I had a few questions and was surprised there wasn’t more than one staff person for such a busy time of day
