The staff were very friendly the room was very clean! U traveled with my young son and I felt very safe. The breakfast was delicious and Nancy the breakfast attendant was super nice!!! If I could give her a raise I would. We stayed one night and the price was perfect I’ll definitely return. Close to everything And walking distance to meijers restaurants and gas stations. Very convenient right off the highway.

The beds could be more softer.

Modern decor in the Lobby, and clean. The room was crisp & clean and THE PERFECT TEMPERATURE when I walked in! the bed was very comfy. It was quiet. The staff - EVERY person - made eye contact, smiled, and greeted me. That was “a first” for me, and a really nice touch! The keys worked. Chrck-in and Check-out was a breeze!

Only one thing. The little “holding tank” in the mini-coffee pot wasn’t clean. It looked like someone had heated up something other than water, like a fruit drink. There was a pink residue. Other than that, the place and my stay was PERFECT and an exceptional Value!

The room was nice

The fact that I stayed there two times before this and never had to do a $250 fee but now I did because I was staying at my sister's and it's in Toledo. It's still not back on my card. Just because I stayed in Toledo doesn't mean I'm going to mess up the room. If I stated before and the room was fine it's going to be fine again.

There was convenient parking. The building itself was clean always saw someone if I needed help with anything.

The temperature of the pool was a little chilly for it being heated. And the road getting into the hotel needs to be repaired way too many potholes.

Valarie and the team were great the breakfast bar was awesome I was headed to California for a personal chef job took a stop here in my hometown

Well it was one front desk agent hilarie I guests she needs to do better in her hospitality dealing with customers but once I told her what needed to be fixed I talked to the general manager who is amazing the manager was so kind caring and took care of the matter thanks Valerie.

Breakfast was good. The room was clean. The staff barely spoke on check-in, we checked in later but she just was not welcoming. The staff at breakfast however was very friendly, as were the two gentlemen at the front desk in the morning hours. The room was sufficient, and everything was clean. I would stay here again. The price was also reasonable.

The outside of building looks alittle outdated, it is deceiving those who may want to stay because the rooms are nice but the outer hotel makes one think it won't be nice or clean. Could use some modernization!

The breakfast was not very good. Selection didn't seem fresh (fruit) and limited supply. The employees (a man and a woman were looking at my family like "hurry up and go". It was still during the breakfast hours. Not welcoming. I was charged twice for the stay of one of the nights, but the credit card company corrected the error on their part for that.

For as close to I-75 as it is, the room is very quiet. Though most nearby fast food places close a bit early, the Meijer across the street is open until midnight. The rooms are spacious, clean and the furnishings are in very good condition. The individual heat pump and mini-fridge are also very quiet when their compressors turn on, so they didn’t wake me like many similar units did in other hotels. The staff at the front desk and breakfast area were friendly and attentive.

The carpet in some common areas look a bit worn. The temperature set by the central system was a little warm for me (76F) but others may like it.

Hotel was VERY clean. Staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Pool was AMAZING! My kiddos and I had a really nice stay and would recommend and go back ourselves

There was really nothing negative to say about our stay.

This property looks well taken care of. We experienced pride of place and pride of giving excellent service. Each staff person we met was friendly and helpful. We want to come back! Keep up the great work you all do!
