Friendly staff! Clean facility! Great location!

On the good side of the rating, I rated this hotel a 9, would have given this particular hotel a 10...I was under the impression, through Booking.com that this hotel served breakfast and that breakfast was already included in the rental. I'm not really a breakfast person, but my family that I was travelling with are. They were disappointed. They skipped breakfast...didn't want to spend extra, especially since we were booked for more than 2 days and travelling with kids...was not economical for us to spend "extra." Other than that we were very pleased with our stay. Next time, I know to call a hotel specifically to verify if they have breakfast that is included, IF, I'm travelling with family, before I book.

Very close to my work site. Rooms were comfortable.

Garbage all about outside entrance. Dirty piles of laundry showing in windows behind curtains. Staff was not overly pleasant. Tile cracked in bathroom. Light cover cracked and stained above cabinet between the beds. Outlet by coffee maker didn't work. Ice machine area was under construction showing black mold in the insulation.

Individual breakfast ordering service in morning vs a buffet. Was nice to place an individual/personal order for morning breakfast (6:30a - 9:30a) but during the morning rush service with only one Server the ordering would back up creating a long wait of guests to place & receive their orders. But once served food was good. The room was sufficient and the beds comfortable.

There was no daily maid service to refreshen your room - replace towels or to remove the trash. we were told to put trash in the hallway. I felt that to be unsightly and inconvenient. We could request maid service after the 3rd day of the stay. For the price of a room, I expected to receive daily maid service.

The staff were exceptional. My experience was the people who are from Jamaica were so polite & accommodating. Then when I decided to get dinner there, I was so surprised how good it was. I have to say that I'm picky about dirty martinis & the ones that the Jamaican girl made were very good. I can't say that about most hotel restaurants.

Location. Comfortable room

TV did not work. We called the front desk and retold to turn it on and off several times. This did not help called again and we did not receive an answer from the desk. As one of us was already in the shower, we did not want to change the rooms. There was no written instruction sheets anywhere in the room. We did not know where the ice machine was located. We did not see a menu for the made to order breakfast. We tried looking online, using the hotel code, however, we did not find the information we needed. After 10 PM, we just decided to go to bed and let them to know in the morning. 

The room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable and the couch in the king room was nice. The bathroom was also clean and nice.

The shower was a bit weird - it’s only halfway covered by glass with no curtain or other door so it kind of just sprayed water everywhere… otherwise it was nice. It is a bit expensive. And the pool was constantly busy with no adult hours. So even if we went down there at 9PM (pool closes at 10), there were always kids down there.

The room was very private and nice. The shower was phenomenal. Also, the Bluetooth alarm clock speaker was a nice touch to the room.

I was hoping for a hot tub to relax in, but to no avail.

The location is convenient and the hotel is newer.

The heater is extremely loud and no matter how warm we tried making it, it was always around 68 in the room. There’s no ventilation in the restroom. And there are weird cut outs on the end tables next to each side of the bed. I’m assuming that maybe they are for garbage cans to be placed under? Well my glasses fell through one of the cut outs in the table (so of course I had to retrieve them) and A) it was extremely hard to access them as my hand is too big for the cut out and there isn’t just a cabinet under to open and access this. And B) once I was able to shine a light down there and grab them, I noticed that this hole has been used as a trash can previously (it’s full of food wrappers/dirty tissues) and they were not ours :/

I had a lot of issues with my stay from power outages to poor staffing issues however, I very much enjoyed the room it’s self. I am just very disappointed in the experience I had!

Location, quietness and cleanliness!

The shower sucks Give me an enclosed shower as opposed to one which looks cool - but one side of you freezes as you wash the other side… it needs a door as it needs to be totally enclosed. The toilet is too damn low!!!!
