The location is wonderfully central and a great value for the contemporary facilities. Absolutely wonderful front desk staff and friendly housekeepers. A gentleman at the front desk accommodated my disabled mother after she was not able to walk to the originally assigned room on the fourth floor. He was able to switch us with ease to a first floor room. Very pleased and grateful with this accommodation. The pool area was clean and stocked with towels.

I can’t think of any complaints other than my key card didn’t work on the gym or pool in the morning pre-checkout. My mother is a smoker and there were not any ash trays or trash receptacles to dispose of waste in the designated smoking areas.

Rooms were exceptional, comfortable, clean, luxurious. Specific niceties like the water carafe with the electrolyte tablets and chilled water in the hallway. Beach towels at the pool were great! Restaurant on the main floor was great!

Pool water was extremely cold, thought maybe there was a heater problem, other people were like, why is it so cold in here? Also it was extremely hard to find the hotel as it is tucked away off the street and signage was small. We had to actually call the hotel and say, "our GPS can't even find it!"

Breakfast..We waited almost an hour to be served food. Paid $4 for 1 slice of bread. The pancakes were under cooked we had to send it back. The hot chicken sandwich was cold paid $18. The server stated she was from catering..when asked questions she had an attitude...she was the only person working at the time and was frustrated. Several customers got up after only receiving beverages because, it took took long to be served

It was close to our destination, parking was available. The deli had some items that worked for breakfast but not always and we had a couple of nice dinners in the restaurant at night.

The toilet and heating was not great! Toilets did not always fill up with water right away and the heat did not get above 65 or 67 and the fan was on and off several times during the night.

The hotel was very clean and the rooms were updated. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was well appointed. The staff was very accommodating when we asked to move rooms due to the excessive noise from several surrounding rooms.

The pool was a little outdated, and the heating unit was a little loud.

The fitness center was super nice and much appreciated after a long drive.

The gaps around and under the room door let in a substantial amount of light when trying to sleep at night. The pool room was pretty chilly and you had to be under the water to stay warm.

Stylish updated. Clean comfortable with good lighting. Everything I needed. Interesting to look at made it an exceptional experience. Ample easy convenient parking. Safe place to stay. Located on a campus like setting.

My daughter really wanted to swim and the pool was great. We also received a voucher for breakfast for the whole family! The meal was fantastic and so was the service. I would definitely stay again.

The heating unit had a cold draft. They need more luggage carts.

Beautiful modern design and very very clean.The staff are exceptional! The bed and pillows are probably the most comfortable we've ever slept on! This spoils us for all other accommodations when we travel!

Front Desk, The person that checked us in was super friendly and nice, she even took our pictures, she needs to be promoted! The business world need more of her, to represent CORPORATE AMERICA.
