The Economy Inn was excellent value for money. We stayed a couple of nights because it was close to the highway, there's a Waffle House right across the parking lot and a gas station nearby to get coffee, beer and supplies. The room was clean, the shower was hot and the bed was comfortable. We will look to stay there again when travelling through. There's a shopping area with bars and restaurants across the road from the hotel. It took about 5 minutes or so to walk there.

Nothing to complain about. It's not a 5 star hotel, but it is perfect for a night-stop if passing through. We thought it might be noisy because of the highway, but we were on the office-side of the hotel so didn't get disturbed. The only minor gripe was the towels are on the small side, but it's nothing really. There is no breakfast included but there is a 24 hour Waffle House right next door.

Nicely renovated room. Cozy for the two of us. Remarkably quiet despite being close to the freeway. We watched the sunset and sunrise from the parking lot. The fridge was larger than most hotel offerings and the freezer could accommodate our ice packs. Friendly staff. Within walking distance of Speedway and Waffle House. Levis Commons short drive away for dinning, shopping or just walking. Costco visible from the parking lot.

The motel is managed by a couple who does all the housekeeping, and they clean the rooms exceptionally well. The room smelled fresh, and I could tell that it had been deep-cleaned, because there wasn't the usual accumulation of dust on all the little surfaces that most housekeepers overlook in their hurry to move on to the next room. The managers are super nice and attentive to my requests. The weekly rate is very competitive. The parking lot is freshly paved, and their is no trash drifting about. The bathroom is immaculate, and the carpet is clean. The towels are fresh and white. Everything about this motel makes me want to stay here whenever I'm working in the Toledo area. There's even a Waffle House right next door, if you want to get a quick breakfast.

The only thing that could have made it better is having a laundry facility on site.

There were many things to like about this property. The gentleman at the counter who checked us in was friendly and efficient. The building itself is an older property, however, many things in the room have been updated. The heating/cooling system worked well and was relatively quiet. Everything except the bathtub in the bathroom was updated and very nice. Water was hot and the pressure was good. There were more than enough towels for the two of us and a few amenities such as shower gel and lotion were provided. There was a small refrigerator and microwave in our room that we didn't use, but were a nice touch. We selected this place based on many comments from others regarding two features that are most important to me: cleanliness and a comfortable bed. Excellent scores on both! If you are looking for fancy, you will probably want to stay elsewhere. But if you want a clean, comfortable place to stay at a great price, I would highly recommend this property. We were very happy with our stay. Plus, there is a Waffle House within walking distance, as well as other places to eat nearby.

The pillows were particularly nice. We enjoyed breakfast in the Waffle House across the parking lot. This is what I expect at the price I paid. Safe and clean. The pillows actually elevated the experience a bit.

We checked in after the main lobby had closed and it was confusing to find the side window the clerk wanted me to use. The hotel is next to a major highway and I expect you can hear the traffic from any room in the building. My wife sleeps with ear plugs and didn't hear a thing.

Price! Price! Price! Was in town for a USTA tournament and didn't want to pay the $149 at the host hotel each night, so did the research and saw that these recently remodeled rooms got a positive review (w/photos) on Google. Decided to give it a try and was extremely pleased.

(Nitpicking here) More comfortable (thicker) towels and washcloths would have been welcomed.

Location was a bit off the interstate but I chose it based on reviews which were better than motels right off the interstate. Room was clean and well appointed for the price. Staff was friendly. Check in a breeze. Waffle House next door. A/c worked well but was preset to go no lower than 66 degrees.

The lighting around the sink was strange. I don’t personally care for dispensers of shower gel and shampoo. Tv channel selection was abysmal. But if this was the worst of our stay we did well!

Decent low cost place to stay the night. Nothing fancy but the room has been recently renovated and it was very clean. As was stated in advance there was no breakfast but there is a Waffle House right next door.

Given the effort and cost put into cleaning the place up, I felt bad for the owners that there was not more customers for the night.

Wonderful value when all you're looking for is a reasonably clean room and comfortable bed for a quick night's rest when on the road. Maybe not the most up-to-date, but everything is functional, and works well. You could easily pay two or three times as much from Marriott or Hilton property and still not get up to date

Carpet was a bit lumpy, but unit was very clean, especially the bathroom area. Bed was comfortable, staff checked me in quickly and efficiently. Several people in my group rented rooms at other locations, paid almost twice as much as I did, without any extra amenitieis. Economy In Toledo-Perrysburg is a great value.
