Rooms were comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Fridge actually wasn’t broken! All pieces on door were usable so we could store food. Shower was a good height and spacious enough for my 6’2” husband! Breakfast was delicious and was ready and available early as we were there for a swim meet with our kids and were out the door at 7:05am. Enough parking spots were open to park too!

TV remote and guide on tv horrible was to use to find channels! It said we could stream from our phone or laptop and when we called front desk after 30 min trying to figure it out they said that feature wasn’t available even though it had a screen and code saying it was. Air conditioner / heater was weird. It was snowing out and to keep our room warm and not HOT. We literally had the thermostat set at AIR CONDITIONING “ON”… and set at 68 degrees/ fan auto! If you put on heat your room was a sauna!

Easy check in and check out. The room was clean. Comfortable beds and pillows. The hotel was clean over all. My kids loved the pool.

The breakfast wasn't what I expected. We got down about 45min-1 hour prior to it ending. Everything was pretty much gone. They only refilled the cereal. I didn't say anything because the lady working was very nice and she seemed like she was working alone.

The room was very clean and amenities were very nice. The breakfast was mediocre though. Overall, we're happy with our stay.

Breakfast was mediocre and was lacking food. The sweet lady that makes the food mentioned that the food truck was late which was out of their control.

Housekeeping services were only provided every 3 days, so our room wasn’t attended to until after we checked out. We had to get towels, trash bags and coffee from the front desk when needed. A far cry from our last stay at this hotel in ‘21.

Big kudos and thanks to Mimi at the front desk.This hotel is going through a major renovation it seems. Our first room didn’t have hot water. Right away Mimi helped move us to a different room and made sure everything was working. Her friendly service was memorable!

More fresh fruit at breakfast.

Beautiful property! I loved the pond area and the large deck off the pool area. Rooms are updated and very nice. Pillows were excellent, and beds we’re comfortable. Shower had wonderful water pressure and we enjoyed the Dove products that were provided. Breakfast was also great with lots of options!

My only complaint is that there are no USB chargers anywhere in the room. You will need a box to plug in the charger. TV was also small.

Clean, comfortable rooms with nice layout. Refrigerator was clean, bathroom was clean, and nice front lobby. Great location for all things BGSU!

I found nothing to complain about - overall a great experience.

Good location. Plenty of room to walk a dog. I have a dog and was put on the second floor which is a little inconvenient. Shower was ok for me but someone wanting a hot shower would be out of luck.

Unable to stream viewing services to TV. Remote very basic. Spa was pretty small compared to others I have tried. $25 incidental fee added to bill I wasn't aware of until check out. Room was pretty expensive.

Most was nice, clean building and friendly staff.

My biggest compliant was the TV, trying to figure out how to watch anything. You need a simple TV that can be turned on and easily find a channel.
