Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the facilities were clean, and there was a transfer bench available for my use in the bathroom, which I've never seen except for a couple more upscale hotels.

Navigation through the doorways was a little difficult as a solo traveling wheelchair user. The coffee maker in the room was out of reach for me and the bathroom sink was a little high. Some of the breakfast buffet items were also out of reach and I had to ask for help from other guests in line.

Convenient location, simple, nice facilities, very nice staff

We were told that we could order off the menu for breakfast, but ended up having to pay for a very simple buffet that would have been included in the price had we stayed at Holiday Inn Express instead… Apparently the chef could not keep up with actual orders so they chose to put out just the simple buffet instead. And I get it, because I understand the difficulty of staffing a restaurant, but people were paying $16 per person for eggs, meat, fruit and toast. The price of the room for what we needed it for (just to sleep) was not worth it ultimately

i like the property do to how close it is to the freeway and grocery. i especially like how it’s only a 10-15 min drive away from the toledo Zoo. the prices are not terrible and with the breakfast buffet it makes the price reasonable. It’s about 100 yards away from an amazing Mexican restaurant and has a pretty good grill in the hotel.

the indoor pool has a really bad echo when you have a bunch of kids in there yelling and playing and maybe the heater didn’t work or something but the pool wasn’t heated. but my kids still had an awesome time in it.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. We loved the modern decor. Our room was a king suite, and was very comfortable. The bed was comfortable, and we loved the large pillows. There isn't a breakfast buffet, but a voucher is offered at check-in for breakfast at the Ground Round, which is attached. We paid $15 for two, and it was well worth the money. We had full service, and all the food was made by a chef.

The only thing we didn't like is that the pool didn't have a hot tub.

Breakfast was exceptional. Both my wife and I would definitely stay here again. This was actually our second time here and it was because the first time was so good.

Attitude of some of the checkin folks could be better. It felt political. The hotel is a place of business, leave your politics at home please.

The „breakfast included“ option was in fact a coupon for two persons for a very limited breakfast option plus one beverage at the connected restaurant. This should be pointed out in the description to avoid surprises. The offered buffet was not up to what other places offer for free. They have the buffet only on weekends, so it might be different during the week.

Good stop for a night. Good beds and large rooms, free coffee, Nice location near downtown Perrysburg, awesome ice cream at the penguin- palace.

A lady at the reception was not too friendly. Toilette flushed weakly.

Breakfast was very good, it was cooked to order how you wanted it. We chose this location because it had a restaurant and bar on site. We just wanted to unpack and have a bite to eat and a drink after a long day of driving. The food was very good. There are many restaurants nearby.

There are cheaper hotels nearby.

Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Perfect location.

When checking in staff not very friendly. Only gave me one room key, had to ask for another. Asked about restaurants...gentleman who checked me in told me to look around the corner...???

Check in was fast and easy. Room was clean and modern, easy access to freeway, food, grocery.

Since I used booking.com apparently the breakfast wasn't included, that should've been specifically stated as part of my selection process was that breakfast would be in the price. Minor setback, had to procure breakfast via other means.
