I love that the room was clean. I do a thorough cleaning/disinfecting every time I check into a hotel. I was very pleased to find that the room was already very clean. My disinfectant wipes showed no signs of dust or dirt. I was thrilled as this has not been my experience at other hotels.

I expected a little bit more from the breakfast. I remember the make your own waffles option and miss it. The premade waffles were not good.

So this hotel room I booked for 3 adults, and there was supposed to be a king size bed and a pullout queen sofa. There was no pullout sofa, only this stool couch thing that my dad had to sleep on, hard as a rock. There was no sofa at all, it was just this one chair thing so we were disappointed.

This Hotel was amazing. I had no clue that it had a full kitchen in it which was much needed. The Staff and the rooms were amazingly clean and everywhere I turned around Staff was keeping things clean.

Only thing that I would have wanted was a bit better breakfast, But I'm not complaining because it could have not been none.

Every was nice, front desk was very nice and helpful

The pull out couch was not comfortable at all you felt every spring. I believe all those need 2 be replaced. Other than that, everything was fine.

The place was very nice and the room was amazing. Super cool walk in shower and swivel tv to watch from living area to bed, which was super comfortable by the way! Breakfast was great too

Actual oven/stove would have been nice. There was someone's fast food trash left in hall outside our room and smelled pretty bad. I hoped it'd get cleaned up, but eventually put in ice machine room when no one did. There was also the guy smoking marijuana in the hall as well as their room and smelled up the whole floor pretty bad. We weren't thrilled and if it wasn't so late would have asked for another room or stayed somewhere else, but we were exhausted, so stuffed towels under the front door and ran the AC/Heater all night. Honestly besides that we loved it and will be making it our regular stay when I go visit my Toledo/Michigan area accounts!

room was spacious. kitchen was well-appointed, very usable. beds were comfortable. staff were very nice.

the shower was too hot--no adjustability to the water temperature. this was a handicap accessible room. hotel notified on second night, after I realized it wasn't a fluke--hope they fixed it. the breakfast was very limited. individual bagged muffins was the only option one morning, and this was at 7 am not at the end of breakfast. pool was closed, no advanced notification of this or we may've stayed elsewhere.

I didn't eat breakfast,but I liked my suite for the space and kitchen area.

Should have provided soap in the bathroom
