Great location. Clean facilities and clean rooms. The beds were comfortable, which is rare for me with hotel beds. I had an issue with my room the first night, and their customer service in resolving the issue promptly was great.

My only real "complaint" is that some of the cable channels on the TV were not working, and it would have been nice to have a more modern TV available that I could have streamed to from my phone.

Updated room was lovely, and we greatly appreciated the daily maid service.

I was delighted there was a bathtub, but disappointed to discover the drain mechanism did not work and thus the tub could not be filled. We were offered another room by the management, but decided to stay put. This did not in any way ruin our stay, just a tiny fly in the ointment.

We always stay here when in town. It is always clean, staff is helpfull and usually friendly. We know what to expect.

The last few stays, the breakfast has been very limited. Before the pandemic, this hotel had a nice, hot meal with fresh eggs, sausage, waffles, and lots of danish, breads, etc. Also lots of fruit and cereals. Now, it is cereal only, when all other hotels have gone back to the nice breakfasts they had served in the past. Also, for the price of the rooms now, it is disappointing. Our room the last two stays has been $30-$40 more each night than before, and it is about priced out of our range. It went from $120 per night to $167 per night this visit.

We have stayed at this Sylvania Wingate by Wyndham multiple times and it is one of our favorite hotels. Reasonable pricing, comfortable. amenities are wonderful, facility and rooms are clean and well appointed.

Better lighting (ceiling fixture or tall floor lamp) in bedroom.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing. I went a few times for work between 2/15 and 2/28 and my only complaint or disappointment was the breakfast. After valentines day there was weird sour red velvet waffle batter. My stomach hurt later that day. Dont know if it was related. Then there was microwavable jimmy dean breakfast sandwiches, which was nice, but they heated kind of weird. Overall one of my favorite parts of traveling is the hotel breakfast with the scrambled eggs and sausages or bacon and potatoes. Maybe a (normal) waffle or pancake - nice hotel - just had higher expectations for the breakfast

Clean, comfortable en route hotel. Breakfast was fine with eggs, bacon and pastries. There were some nice walking trails nearby. It was a short walk to town for dinner.

The AC in the room kept kicking off and on all night which was a bit noisy. I like sleeping with some sort of white noise so didn't mind when it was on, but when it kicked off it woke me up.

Everything was so clean! And so well appointed.

The only suggestion I would have is to have somewhere I could hang bath towels to dry. I want to use my towels for more than one day to save energy. But need to hang them to dry.

great location, it’s in downtown Sylvania with basically everything you need at walking distance.

European point of view here: it’s unusual for me to have noisy AC units inside the room. It’s all quiet and nice and then the AC compressor wakes you up. Not specific to this hotel, seems to be a US standard.

the room was absolutely amazing. The front desk had to crib set up and ready before we even arrived. the breakfast was delicious and had a lot of variety and the new renovations on the bathroom where done to perfection. thank you

Breakfast was well supplied with choices and the girl assigned to work there was awesome - she was so helpful and very dedicated to keeping everything neat and tidy and organized, with tables wiped down and the coffee pot full! Desk clerk was wonderful at check-in also!
