I was highly impressed by the general appearance of the hotel & hotel room. The upgraded bathroom was also a plus, including the anti-fog mirror that I've only typically have seen in pricer chains. The overall rate was affordable & the staff was very friendly. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

The overall location is a underwhelming and can give the impression that the surroundings are not safe.

Booking was fast and easy at booking.com, it was great to be able to reserve a room and then pay when we arrived. Staff was professional and friendly, and helpful. There is a Mc Donalds across the street, and Subway next door, and a gas station/convienience store. Just a handful of miles away from the Toledo Museum of Art and the Glass Pavilion( we visited both).

Loved the turquoise paint in the bathroom. Seemed clean and newly renovated.

Our room didn't have a number which led us to all around the whole building searching. Our room smelled of ammonia like a cat had peed everywhere. But as a house keeper I think they are just way over using ammonia to clean. The WiFi signal did not reach our room and the main reason we chose to stay at a hotel I've camping was because we had an important Zoom call. Free breakfast was mentioned but there was only coffee and powdered creamer (no sugar) and they used styrofoam cups (paper is just so much more sustainable. )

Loved the room. Especially loved the staff and how nice and friendly they are. You wouldn't believe how awful many hotel's front desk employees are to us as we travel for our jobs. It's disgraceful. But we really enjoyed our stay here! Definitely recommend over and over again.

Well we kind of wanted a first floor room but honestly no big deal we liked everything. 😎

I liked the Staff, because we drove all the way there from Florida. When we arrived it was we hours of the morning, knowing we couldn't check in to our rooms until 1pm to 3pm. We went over and talked to the Front desk person told him our situation, and he said he would do his best to get our rooms cleaned first. We were able to check in early!! Very Accommodating.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The only concern would be the appearance of the outside. The concrete around the building is broken and ery unappealing.

Very convenient to the freeway and locations of interest

Despite being recently renovated the rooms are showing some wear. On particular the tub surround was a little dingy. Not horrible, just discolored

We liked that it was right off of I75. We were driving to Detroit and wanted to leave a day early, so we stayed here.

The wall in the bathroom by the light switch could have been cleaned better. There were specks of something on it

Very helpful and friendly staff. Nicely and brightly painted. Had a table with two chairs, so easy to eat in room. No extra charge for our dog.

Strong disinfectant smell in room initially but it mellowed.

Clean, comfortable and quiet. I assume the price was low because they were pouring new sidewalks, but no problem—great value!

Pretty much everything was good for me location, size, clean gas station right next door.

Nothing I didn't like.
