The location was great, lot of walkable or short drive food and activity options. The staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant on site has delicious food. The bed and chairs are comfortable. There's a microwave in the room if you want to heat some leftovers. Multiple plug and USB options.

Not a deal breaker, but it would be nice to have room service options. The room was clean but there were signs it wasn't carefully and fully cleaned. There was a used hand towel under the sink. It was deep in the corner so I can see how it was missed, but again, if the room was thoroughly cleaned, it wouldn't have been missed. There was water in the coffee pot. Unclear how long it was in there or who put it there. I was unable to move the coffee pot to clean it, so I just didn't use it, which was a bummer. Theres plenty of coffee options in the area though. It's just nice to have that cup in the room while getting ready.

The location was perfect All the activities were a walk away. The restaurants were a plenty. We are definitely going there again and letting our friends know too. We loved sitting at the bar eating and meeting new people. Drinks were wonderful and worth the price. It was our forts time going to the Mudd Hens game, it is a perfect place to stay. And checking in, there must of been 50 people waiting a Hugh bus unloaded, but your staff handled it with kindness, smile on their faces, and with a flow of professionalism to got everyone through to their rooms at no time at all. Nothing that I experienced

The room was spacious, comfortable, clean and well-appointed. It was very nice having a restaurant on the property. It is centrally located. Also appreciated that, when we realized we had walked too far away in the morning before check-out & realized we wouldn't be able to make it back in time, I was able to call & arrange for a slightly later check-out. Although we used the convenience of the valet parking, there appears to be ample parking in a very close public parking structure.

There was nothing I disliked about the property.

Room; It was absolutely amazing! The furnishings made you feel like a king and queen! Definitely a nice touch. I would have loved more than one serving of coffee in the room but overall A+! Restaurant: A+ - the food was superb and the staff was so accommodating! They made the experience great! Front Desk Team: They are the service team to die for! Always alert and ready to help and it didn't matter the time of day. We got into the facility at 4 am in the morning and were serviced like it was 8 am. Each shift..the team was on point!

Continental breakfast area. It was not set up and ready for the clients. No hot water for the cereal, no coffee ready, and no napkins readily available. The young lady hosting was on her cell phone and did not perk up until she saw other members of the supervisor staff. Everything was eventually provided but the experience lacked luster. The breakfast for us was free so can't complain too much about that!!

We were vendors in the Toledo jeep show. The fact that our hotel was connected to the convention center was absolutely amazing. The room was spacious, clean and very affordable considering that we were in the epicenter of the event. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. The beds were super comfortable and just overall it was a pleasurable stay.

Downtown Toledo reminded us a lot of home in Baltimore City. While we could tell they are begining to build up the area it was very sketchy in some parts and for the money we paid for the room we would have expected the area to be a little nicer.

Clean, quiet.

I did not care for being told and hearing the staff tell guests that the continental breakfast is not free. The continental breakfast is located in the restaurant. If you stay there throught Booking.com you will need to tell the front desk your stay incledes breakfast so they give you a voucher for breakfast in the restaurant. They did act like you were supposed to not participate in the continental breakfast. The food was good, but we literally heard the staff telling guests the continental breakfast is not free and they can purchase breakfast. Either this is another money grab at this property, or someone is not training them properly that continental breakfasts are free at 99% of all other hotels.

The hotel was a short walk from the nearest restaurants and right next to the convention center where I attended a 4-day conference, which was very convenient. The staff were accommodating. I would stay again.

Housekeeping was not daily, but rather every other day. We would have liked it to be more frequent in a room of four people. No water fountain available.

The valet (car valet) service was awful. Extremely slow. They seem to be both disorganized and apathetic.

The hotel was very nice. Beautiful view. Very clean and the bed was very comforatble.

I pre paid breakfast and had a voucher. I gave it to the Napa resturant in the hotel. The waitress stated that they would bill me and then take it off my bill. When I checked out it was on my bill (I checked out early in the morning) and the front desk said they could not take it off that I would need to call. I called later in the day and spoke with account services and the young man said he would take care of it but Its been a week and I still do not have a credit on my statement for this. I gave the hotel a good rating because our stay was really nice but they need to honor their vouchers for breakfast. It is hassle for me to call and ask again for this refund to my card.

Great location to Convention center due to being attached and we were attending the RV Show. Further, great location and walking distance to decent restaurants and bars. Room was spacious and clean. Loved the view of the river from our room.

I didn't like that you don't offer a complimentary breakfast at the Hilton Garden Inn's. We like staying at Hilton properties and enjoy the brands that offer the complimentary morning breakfast.
