the bed and pillows were very comfy. the breakfast was very good.

the Television was messed up, would not recieve some channels, like ESPN , NBC, and several other channels. the lady at the desk was less than helpful. saying that maybe we don't get those channels. my daughter was in a room down the hall and she got all of them. then the. remote wouldn't work, but just batteries. The hotel was in the process of being remodeled

The desk clerk I believe her name was Cassandra she had maybe purple hair. needs an attitude adjustment. I witnessed her yell at a little boy maybe 4 or 5yrs old. The boys mother was handling it like she should of ( he went to start running) by trying to explain why he should not be running and Cassandra yelled at the boy to stop running very rude..I mean very rude. If i was that boys mother...it would of went a different way speaking to my child like that. I give the mother props for keeping her compulsure.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable and staff was polite. I forgot my receipt due to being very tired after a long drive, and a staff member brought it to me at my room. Breakfast was pretty good as well.

The shower head wasn't great, but they usually aren't at this price point. That's the only negative I can think of.

The breakfast was great. Staff friendly and helpful.

Room had an odor. Asked for handicapp accessible room. Did not get it, but then asked about it and it would not be able to accomadate as it had 1 bed and a fold out couch. But staff and cleaning ladies were very helpful in meeting our needs.

The rooms were comfy.. value for money... the bathrooms were big and clean..

The breakfast service did not have hot vegetarian option at all apart from the usual bread and plain bagel. It also did not have any option for hot milk..

Convent to downtown Toledo

The parking lot to get there was rough. They were in process of renovations. When done will be nice

The location was nice and convenient. Liked that it has a pool and hot tub although you couldn't use the hot tub. Breakfast was nice and someone walking around checking what needed refilled, cleaned or wiped down.

I didn't like that they're was pubic hair in the bath tub when I went to put my son in it. The hot tub was out is Plus there was a few guys hanging out drinking by the entrance. And watched us in the swimming pool.

The lady in the breakfast was very polite and professional. Breakfast was good, coffee very fresh and over roll very clean.

The hot tub was great beds were comfortable rooms were clean and breakfast was good!

The pillows were really to soft. But I prefer more firm pillows. Also the water pressure in the shower wasn't the greatest but that could have been due to the time of the morning.

Nice size room and nicely decorated. We also enjoyed the breakfast.

The vent was not working in the bathroom
