We stayed for the night as a place to rest from our road trip. The facilities are very nice (nice reception area) and the room has a nice and modern design. The sofa is nice to watch TV. I had to work on the computer and the desk and chair were comfortable. The bathroom is spacious and spotless!

It is a great spot to rest but not an ideal location to visit. There were few restaurants nearby, although there was a Mexican Restaurant very close by that we enjoyed a lot. Is far away from the Toledo downtown area if you are looking to visit Toledo.

Gwenda at the front desk was wonderful. She was kind and accommodating to my whole family when we arrived early for our reservation. She allowed us to check in a bit early when they had a room available. The whole staff was great this past weekend with the eclipse happening they were plenty busy. You could tell the housekeeping staff were happy and we enjoyed being able to see them enjoy their day while walking past them.

The rooms were kept well but could see they needed a deeper clean soon. We plan to stay again when we’re in the area and hope to see the friendly faces.

Convenient location to downtown. Nice and clean facility with comfy beds and nice spacious room and bathroom.

Staff was limitedly interactive but efficient. Breakfast delays to have food prepared and anyone to respond at the order desk. One woman (only for Fri am) staffing the kitchen & orders seemed to be hustling but yet was not busy upon our arrival. Had to wait for "service" to get even coffee or tea (not able to self serve). Food was good but delays (fortunately we did not have a time issue). We paid for "breakfast" - limited menu but food was fresh.

Large beautiful room with gorgeous bathroom; nice shower but no bathtub. Our room had a king bed, couch and desk. WiFi worked fine once I figued it out. No need for the extra cost WIfi, the basic free one was fine for simple uses. Not cheap, but worth it for a classy hotel and beautiful room.

We were happy with everything. It was worth paying a bit more than we would have at a budget motel chain.

The rooms were big and very comfortable- lots of space for bags and table space. The beds were very comfortable too.

We had issues getting the thermostat to bring the temperature down- it was very warm and we ended up leaving the window open over night. There were also some noisy guests above us but that can’t be helped sometimes and didn’t impact our overall experience.

Courtyard’s are my favorite hotel. The lobby was beautiful, and had a Starbucks inside. Our room was spacious and the shower!!!!!! The shower was huge!

There were a few repairs needed in our room. Nothing that hindered our stay. The toilet paper holder looked like it had been ripped off the wall and them sloppily put back on and there were stains on the chair in the room.

Beautiful!!! Well kept property! Room was upscale and very comfortable. Bathroom was gorgeous! Low barrier shower with glass panel! No shower curtain needed. Toiletries, medium size bottles, available on the shower wall. VERY quiet! AC had a wall mount thermostat. Very easy to adjust and maintain a comfortable temperature. Bed was very comfortable with side tables, individually controlled lights, and charging stations on each side. Location was perfect for our planned activities which included taking in a Mud Hens game and sightseeing historical attractions.

Hotel was full so Check-in at 3:30 was slow. Additionally, there was a problem with their key card system. When our key cards didn't work at the first room they moved us to a different room and a staff member assisted, met my husband at the elevator when he was on his way back to front desk, us to relocate to another room. Key card was finally available and working when we returned around 10p.m. from an outing. The problem with the key cards made us feel a little insecure but all was well! Staff was fantastic thru the whole key card thing. They went above and beyond in a difficult situation.

This hotel was top notch with a gorgeous lobby, beautiful rooms and super friendly staff. The manager Denise went out of her way to ensure my check in went smoothly as I’d had an issue booking with a 3rd party.

Booking was a pain. Had to go through another site just for one more night. Refrigerator was way too small. Am a diabetic and there was not enough space for my meds and drinks.

The city road into was horrible need attention to city for pavement into. No complimentary breakfast.pool needed attention too.
