The hotel was a bit off the road so there wasn’t a lot of traffic noise. Check-in was easy. The room was CLEAN! It even smelled clean as soon as I walked in. Bathroom supplies were filled. Breakfast was ready on time. If you need a place to stay while you’re in Toledo, Oh area, I recommend this hotel.

There was nothing I did not like about the property. Parking was easy and well lit.

The property was nice and clean, and the breakfast set up was nice. The beds were also comfortable and the pillows were extra fluffy. I definitely will stay here again in the near future.

It was confusing when it was time to turn into the property. I didn’t realize that you had to drive through Wendy’s in order to enter the property.

The room was clean and nice. We stayed in a king suite with the pull out couch and the kitchen area. The kids had fun swimming in the pool. The breakfast area was easily accessible, stocked and fresh. It's in a great location with access to restaurants, etc. We were going to the Huntington Center, and it was 10 minutes away. Everything went pretty smoothly during our stay.

My only two complaints are: 1. The pillows sink too much when you lay on them. Not sturdy enough. 2. The alarm clock was still set from the previous visitors, so we got woken up pretty early. We will definitely be unplugging any alarm clock for any future hotel stay.

The included breakfast - sausage gravy & biscuits were good. You can make your own waffle or toast a bagel. The gentleman at the front desk (name?) Was very helpful and very nice. He even came up to our room later to help us with our tv. Minor issue turning on TV. It was plugged in :)

Overall, nothing to complain about. It was a good experience

I like going swimming with the family

The only thing I didn’t like is you pay so much to go out and have fun for a night or two in people uphold you to be like a mouse as quiet as you can be and that’s not the case people complain for the littlest things and it’s annoying Nobody wants to pay so much money just to go and be quiet I mean nobody was even loud

The staff was very nice and very helpful,the food was ok, the location was great very close to family

They only cleaned our room once in 9 days,we only got clean towels once in 9 days, will stay there again next year,but we will have to bring our own towels, that one thing they need to fix is getting the rooms clean towels and getting the trash up daily

We enjoyed our suite. Very comfortable,with all the amenities. More amenities than we expected. Had a very good sleep n a comfortable king size bed. We will be back!

EVERYTHING THEY WERE SO AMAZING AND EVEN WENT OUT OF THERE WAY RO HELP SURPRISE MY DAUGHTER FOR HER BIRTHDAY!!! THE STAFF WAS AMAZING!!!!
