It was very clean and staff was very friendly. We drove 6 hours and arrived early and they were nice enough to offer to let us check in quite a bit early. That was a nice surprise. Rooms were very clean, hotel was very clean.

It was a very busy weekend at the hotel. There was a seminar going on and those people were great. But there were people down the hall from us with kids and they were very loud and playing music loud. We could hear the motorcycle right outside our window when we were sleeping and could hear people above us. I asked for a top floor when I booked but I got the 3rd floor instead of the 6th. The rooms were not very soundproof, you could hear everything. I do agree with other reviewers that for the price they could provide something for breakfast in the price. Other than that, everything was great!

The location is wonderfully central and a great value for the contemporary facilities. Absolutely wonderful front desk staff and friendly housekeepers. A gentleman at the front desk accommodated my disabled mother after she was not able to walk to the originally assigned room on the fourth floor. He was able to switch us with ease to a first floor room. Very pleased and grateful with this accommodation. The pool area was clean and stocked with towels.

I can’t think of any complaints other than my key card didn’t work on the gym or pool in the morning pre-checkout. My mother is a smoker and there were not any ash trays or trash receptacles to dispose of waste in the designated smoking areas.

Rooms were exceptional, comfortable, clean, luxurious. Specific niceties like the water carafe with the electrolyte tablets and chilled water in the hallway. Beach towels at the pool were great! Restaurant on the main floor was great!

Pool water was extremely cold, thought maybe there was a heater problem, other people were like, why is it so cold in here? Also it was extremely hard to find the hotel as it is tucked away off the street and signage was small. We had to actually call the hotel and say, "our GPS can't even find it!"

Breakfast..We waited almost an hour to be served food. Paid $4 for 1 slice of bread. The pancakes were under cooked we had to send it back. The hot chicken sandwich was cold paid $18. The server stated she was from catering..when asked questions she had an attitude...she was the only person working at the time and was frustrated. Several customers got up after only receiving beverages because, it took took long to be served

It was close to our destination, parking was available. The deli had some items that worked for breakfast but not always and we had a couple of nice dinners in the restaurant at night.

The toilet and heating was not great! Toilets did not always fill up with water right away and the heat did not get above 65 or 67 and the fan was on and off several times during the night.

close to everything needed in Toledo. Clean facilities and room. Didn't get to try the pool the hours of use were too restrictive for my stay. The kiosk was also confusing as it wouldn't allow entry.

Not being able to use the pool. More variety in the room service/restaurant would be more enticing to eat in.

The outdoor space was good for a nice walk. The Starbucks coffee was a plus and the pool was a nice way to relax.

I wosh there was a hot tub, free breakfast options and a more appealing floor in the pool area its very run down looking compared to how beautiful the ceiling and windows are.

Shower was great! Neighborhood was very nice. Breakfast was a little on the expensive side but very good!

Beds were a bit too hard. It was quite a distance from the highway.

The hotel was very clean and the rooms were updated. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was well appointed. The staff was very accommodating when we asked to move rooms due to the excessive noise from several surrounding rooms.

The pool was a little outdated, and the heating unit was a little loud.

The fitness center was super nice and much appreciated after a long drive.

The gaps around and under the room door let in a substantial amount of light when trying to sleep at night. The pool room was pretty chilly and you had to be under the water to stay warm.
