I was greeted immediately and the gentleman working was so nice and polite and went over all the information with me, double checking everything. I checked in went to my room to drop things off and when I came back down to leave for my event he asked me how the room was. Everything was so nice and clean, you could actually smell the cleanliness. The bed was super soft, so comfy. 100% will stay here again if I'm back in the area.

Only thing I didn't like was I thought breakfast was included, as I've stayed at other Holiday Inns where it was, but this one has its own bistro in the hotel (that stays open for drinks until 10) so they make breakfast as ordered and you pay for what you'd like. I did not get the opportunity to eat or have drinks at the bistro, so I can't comment on any of it.

We travel often and rarely have an experience where everything was excellent and we had not one concern. This is an excellent hotel! It's clean and bright with imaginative decor that is warm and inviting. The staff is friendly and responsive. The location was central to what we wanted to do with easy highway access. We had a King room, which was roomy and included a couch, so we had room to relax in the evenings. My husband said the shower was the best ever.

Bathroom could use a fan.

I have to admit there was three of us there that went to breakfast there was nobody else in the room, but there wasn’t enough food for all three of us to get the same thing. They did give us a free voucher for the food though.

Well, in my room when you stood in the bathroom and looked in the mirror to overflow hole in the sink was nasty looking.

This was a good location. Price was reasonable and a good value for the dollar. This was located close to any area we needed to get to.

Even though the room was comfortable, in this configuration of a king bed, the bed is located right next to the AC unit. It got too cold and was uncomfortable one night.

A place to lay your head for the night. It was clean, service was friendly, and the location was convenient. I stayed here with my young son after a trip to Cedar Point and it was affordable and perfect for our needs. It was not a "destination" but a place to stay along our route.

Everything was fine.

The facility was clean and the room comfortable.

The bathroom looked clean but it smelled like sour wet clothing. The staff was very friendly but upon checking out I was told I couldn't get a receipt for the charges because of how I booked the room. I've stayed in other IHG facilities booked the same way and have always gotten a receipt. Unsure why that happened.

My partner had breakfast which he had to pay for only to learn that there was something called a room voucher attached to my reservation which the staff did not tell us about upon check-in.

Our room on the 4th floor was at the far end from the lobby entrance. It would have been better to enter from a closer location near our vehicle, in general and also because I have an achy knee so walking is painful..

room size was good, cleanliness of everything encountered was good, staff were all very friendly, was able to check in a few minutes ahead of posted time

was supposed to have breakfast included with my stay for 2 days, yet only received coupons for one day. check-in took a few extra minutes while the girl at the desk had to sort out the booking.com reservation, additional $50 hold placed on card at check-in

The cleanliness. Staff was friendly, room was clean and big for a dbl queen and 2 beds. Haven't ate yet but can update later on that and the kids would like to see the pool before heading out. They do have other amenities some with a extra cost but I don't need those but overall so far has been really great.

That the breakfast included in the price is only to cover 2 per room and if my kids use it under 11 they have to order off the kids menu. So I will have to pay to feed 3 other people still. The lights are a little crazy you have a master switch as well so if someone is in the bathroom and you switch it off it shuts off their light as well!

Our stay was exactly what we hoped for: 1. An easily accessible, clean, comfortable and quiet hotel. 2. Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful staff. 3. The hotel restaurant was really good. 4. The parking was safe and secure.

Everything seemed up to par for us. The Holiday Inn Toledo-Maumee was one of the best places we stayed at during this vacation trip.
