The GM, William Brown, went above and beyond to accommodate my family and friends traveling for my dad's funeral. Everyone was kind, professional and caring, considerate of our tender hearts during this time. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

One of our friends' cars was hit in the parking lot by a scammer. But, William even dealt with that issue promptly and in a professional manner. William is to be commended for his dedication to his guests!

Breakfast was anemic. HOWEVER, the staff, room, location and facilities were all excellent. Several restaurants within walking distance. Quiet. Comfortable.

While the hotel does not allow smoking inside, i was still greatly bothered by people smoking right outdoors in their cars or out in the open. it meant opening my room windows was impossible as the smoke would invariably make its way in. Someone also smoked in the hall outside my room door while opening the window to 'let the smoke out'. IF you are sensitive (Im allergic) request a room away from the rear of the building.

Very nice, large rooms with a full kitchen. The proprietor was very pleasant and eager to help make our stay comfortable. An easy drive to the Toledo Zoo, which was our destination. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Since this is designed for an extended stay, you need to determine what supplies you’ll be needing and request them from the front desk. I was surprised to find that a coffee pot and hair dryer weren’t standard in the room. Next time I’ll know ahead of time. Also the breakfast isn’t much, but there is a Cracker Barrel in walking distance.

Location was great. Price was very good. Hotel was quiet. William who checked me in was very good. He made sure I had everything I needed. And I forgot something in room after I checked out and called me couple minutes later. Much appreciated

Room was nice however there was an overwhelming smell of product trying to mask smokes from previous guests in our non-smoking room. Breakfast offered was too minimal to be considered a meal.

The breakfast was not really a "breakfast"...just coffee, oatmeal...no eggs, gravy, sausages, pancakes, waffles , fresh fruit, etc. The eating area vey small and not very comfortable. Sorry, this is the only thing with didn't like!!

I loved the great customer service and staff was very helpful with loaning me a cell phone charging block and exchanging out my door key with no issues.

I didn't like that my room smelled like smoke but I was okay with everything else in the room.
