Very convenient to all the places I needed to get to!! Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable! Extending my stay! Most of all the price was very affordable and nice to know that not every hotel chain is taking advantage of the financial crisis most people are facing!

There's construction right in front of the Red Roof Inn- ANOTHER CAR WASH IN TOLEDO- Go figure! However not fault of the motel . That being said the road leading into the parking lot has some potholes, which I'm sure will be fixed once construction has ended

Brent at the front desk was able to accommodate us in a room on the main floor. Without an elevator, it would have been too difficult for me to carry my husband’s oxygen machine up the stairs. The location was good.

It was ok although I prefer a pool.

The best thing about this place is the staff. Brent and Charlene are exceptional, go out of their way to help, to answer questions, & to make sure we enjoy our stay here.

- Location is very good but no public transportation there, there is a big and free parking... - Staff are good and helpful and special thank to: Canis she was friendly in reception area... - Wi-Fi was free and very good... - Room was nice and big with all facilities may just need one more chair and small table.. every thing were working good

Breakfast was just a small bag of 2 pieces of cookies and coffee machine some times give you water bottle it should be at least some kind of bakeries sweet and salt .... Cleaning of the beds was not good I'm sure some sheets have not been changed so I ask the reception to change them .... Sheets are old and they should replace them and to be care to clean them well.

I locked my keys in my car, and the manager was amazing! He talked with me while I waited for AAA to arrive and even provided a bottle of water and some paper & a pen so I could write down details. So helpful. 5 stars for customer service and just being a great person.

I wish the room was cleaner. The floors and appliances could've used some extra help.

Quiet, nice rooms, friendly staff. It was a great experience and will definitely be back.

The drive way to get to the hotel is a bit bumpy but that was the only issue, not the hotels fault.

This's my third time staying at this location It's a decent place. Very Professional. I so appreciate the fact that when this Hotel says No Smoking they actually mean it! Many Hotels say this but do not follow through on enforcing it I don't smoke living in a room next to a smoker is horrible! There is No escape from the smoke coming through the walls it is nauseating Ugh!

Check in is Not Allowed until 3pm. Unless you want to pay a $50.00 FEE for early check-in. 3pm is almost halfway through the entire day. This should be specified a little more clearly when making a reservation. We live in a society of rules so it's understandable I'm just saying make rules Clear so there's no misunderstanding...no harm no foul just stating a fact that I was not clear on.

Staff were very happy and helpful, clearly taking pride in their work. The hotel has seen recent investment and everything was in good order, neat and clean where it hasn't been replaced already.

Breakfast was a bit light. Still offering a light packed breakfast.

I like the location of the hotel. Easy to get on/off toll road. Nice town too!

My first room smelled smoky but the staff quickly gave me a different room that was nice.

Better than I expected I must say clean, quiet, close to food
