This is the only place one needs to stay in Toledo! The Kings Inn is an excellent, beautifully kept historic building that is extremely comfortable for guests to be able to relax and feel at home. Landon and partner extended such supremely wonderful hospitality to us and I can’t wait to return. We were also very happy and fortunate to have the opportunity to meet their wonderfully sweet puppers, Luna. The front porch is perfect for lounging on to enjoy the sunset and the backyard is great for relaxing in the afternoon sunshine. The Inn is walking distance to yummy local restaurants, the art museum, amazing historical buildings and much more.

Nothing. The property is absolutely perfect. I hated leaving!

A comfortable bed and a large room with an air conditioner and fan, much needed on a hot August day. The bathroom is clean, and I appreciated the attention to comfort, with various toiletries available in case anything was forgotten.

This bed & breakfast is a make-your-own breakfast-style accommodation. There was dry cereal and bread for toasting, and eggs and pancake mix available if you want to make your own, but I would have appreciated something like fresh fruit, granola bars, and/or yogurt so we could grab something more quickly.

Historical house located in a historical district with decorative furniture to the era, yer very comfortable with all the creature features needed plus extra such as cozy robes and comfortable bed. Possibly haunted but never felt unwelcome with glimpses of shadows. The host is fantastic answering all of our questions even before we asked them haha. It is a great place for immature adults such as my husband and I and would be a return guest if possible.

Not enough time

Breakfast supplies were plentiful. Sharing the bathroom was inconvenient. I often share a shower on out of town trips. But usually have a half bath. It was only one night so not a hardship. I wanted to try a vintage house—glad I did. Be was very comfortable. Room was beautiful—as were all the common areas. The host was outstanding.

Only lack of private half bath which I discussed. I realize I could have updated to a private bath. But I elected not to do it for such a short stay.

We loved the location, the historical aspects, the bed was so comfortable. The host was amazing, the coffee bar they had was superb! We especially loved the backyard seating area and started every morning with our coffee there and ended every evening sitting outside.

There is nothing to not like about this Inn, it’s exceptional!

Landon was such a responsive host and he tried to make things easy for me after a long day of driving. The experience made me want to return to Toledo in the future to further explore Toledo. I would definitely stay at King’s Throne if I come back.

The host was absolutely wonderful! He went over and beyond. We will definitely go back when we are in Ohio.

It was a beautiful old home. It was set-up very cute. It was nice after a long drive my friend and I could help ourselves to a cup of tea.

The area isn’t the greatest. It was cold in the bathroom. There were only plain bagels available.

Everything in this place is set with such care and all for your comfort. After such a long drive it was wonderful to arrive at the Kings Throne Inn!
