The service provided by Amanda was amazing. The coffee and tea upon check in and breakfast is always good. The location and overall cleanliness of the hotel makes me want to book this location again.

A small amount of hair from previous guests in tub and on a couple if the towels gross me out.

Room was very comfortable

Breakfast was horrible. My family normally likes hotel breakfast and we normally like options that were served but it was all cold like it wasn't heated before going in serving bins and pancake maker wasn't up to temperature so they weren't cooking through.

We normally stay at a different hotel; but itnwas sold out. This hotel was in the same area so we decided to give it a try. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed with the cleanliness and friendly staff. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Breakfast was hot and available until 10 AM on Sunday and 9:30 AM on Monday (which was nice and allowed us to sleep in).

Wasn't a fan of the pillows (I prefer a fluffy pillow); however, the bed was very comfortable.

They gave us a late check out as we were participating in a 5k. Rooms were clean. Not so much the hallways and elevators.

Halls & elevators could use some touch ups. The pool was closed 😢

Staff very friendly, beds comfortable, breakfast awesome (plenty to choose from), great value, clean and I will be staying at Holiday Inn Express's in the future. Great Job!

Traffic was a bit noisy but that's the location. I travel with a sound machine so nothing that can't be fixed.The location was actually convenient for our needs, so not a problem.

I really enjoyed having a full-size breakfast. They had a lot of variety. I wasn't thrilled that I picked an industrial park hotel, but it did have some fast-food options, and the front desk had food items to purchase to heat up in the room.

I was sad that the pool was closed. I picked another hotel in the industrial park. It was further away from my next destination.

It was halfway on our trip to Michigan & right near where we needed to get off & get back on, so very little backtracking.

This was minor but the air conditioning unit was extremely noisy so getting to sleep took a while but understand that regulating individual units is hard.

Is was easy to get to and close to things. Friendly staff and very willing to help with area restaurants and quickly fixed things that had gone wrong. I mean things happen but they quickly addressed them.

Mattresses were a little too hard for most of the people in our group. We rented about 8 rooms with our Jeep group

The bed was quite comfortable,the staff was great. I liked the location, the proximity to the interstate.

The room had a rather odd smell to it. I had to go out and purchase an air freshener, which I left intentionally.

The added bonus was the breakfast. The hotel was clean, and staff were polite.

There was a hidden fee of $50.00 dollars that I wasn't informed of, they called it a incidence fee. I didn't learn of the fee until I got home and checked my account.
