The room was well priced for 5 guests. I brought my whole family (kids included) and we enjoyed the pool and the fitness center. You do have to ask the front desk to let you in to the pool, but they were happy to do so and brought us extra towels. The room was clean except for a red stain on the pull out mattress. I didn't think anything of it at first, but it stained the sheets we put on the bed, so that was gross. The employees I saw were kind and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and they had a great variety. Something for all the picky eaters I have! Overall, it could have been cleaner, but I had a nice stay and I would book here again. We visited the Toledo zoo while we were there and it was a quick and easy drive from the hotel.

There were no sheets for the pull out bed when I arrived. I had to ask for them, but they were brought quickly. The pool didn't have very many towels and they were tiny. My room mattress had a large red stain on it.

the cleaning staff rude and lazy My wife was a house keeping manager at 5 star hotels her standards are high however she said they do not meet 3 star . the shower does not have a door or liner the water gets all over the floor the gravity drain works but its asking for a wet floor fall. we had to put towels down. we used all our towels daily because of this issue.

Location was perfect for Toledo Hospital. Lots of restaurants nearby. Staff was helpful, breakfast was good, plenty of options and to-go bags were available. Beds were very comfortable and the suite was roomy. Large bathroom and nice shower and sink.

The stark interior is very different and the front desk looks like an office desk. Very plain, but clean and easy to maintain.

Staff was kind. We traveled with a very large group and a lot of kids and Tamika allowed us to use the meeting room so we can all eat breakfast. She is hard working and was quick to meet our needs and any concerns we had she was quick to find an answer. She kept the trash empty and the dining area clean! She was AMAZING! The breakfast was plentiful and so delicious! Truly the best free hotel breakfast I've had. The biscuits and gravy was delicious. The rooms were spacious and the staff was so accommodating. Everything was clean and the pool was heated and clean and there were pool towels there for when my kids got out. Definitely will stay here every time we are in Toledo.

When I 1st came, I was worried about the cleanliness and Hot Food. Also all the Hotels in the area only went up to a 3 Rating....But I can say you should have a 4 Rating. Everything from Area, Clean. It was so clean you could have eaten off the Floors...Professional Staff, Bed Slept very well.......I would stay here anytime again!!!

The room was very spacious for the cost. The rooms and the bathroom were both very clean. The bathroom provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion that were all dove brand. I appreciated that because I accidentally forgot my shampoo and conditioner and usually dread using hotel brands. The breakfast had a good variety or hot and on the go options. Breakfast staff were fast and polite when refilling options and answering questions. We attended a concert at Huntington Center and it was only a 10 minute drive very convenient. There are two restaurants just across the parkinglot as well.

The property was modern and clean and well maintained. The room and the shower were very nice. Nice to have breakfast - they even had “To Go” bags.

There was no one at the front desk when I checked in. The neighborhood/area is just OK. The breakfast sausage was pretty bad - crunchy and overcooked.

The location was central to many city activities. There were shops and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The staff was friendly.

I had to ask for some amenities that are usually standard at most hotels like pool access even with a key card and linens for pull out bed.

The hotel appeared new. It was very clean. The room we had (King size bed) was big. The shower was warm with a strong water flow. The bed was very comfortable. The items at breakfast was very good.

Ice machine on the 2nd floor not working. Very limited rooms on the first floor. Most of the first floor was offices, etc.

Breakfast was great, room was clean and comfortable, lobby area was also clean and maintained. Family had a great experience

The pool was closed, and the kids were looking forward to swimming. We did not know when booking that it would be closed, so that was disappointing.
