The staff was exceptional, they let us check in early, which was so kind. The room was cozy and quiet and had everything we needed for our stay. The value was great, the rooms were a bit dated but as to be expected for the price. I feel like we got a great value. I felt safe, it was quiet, staff was awesome!

There was some hair in the bathroom. Some of the ceiling tiles were popped a bit out of the grid in the room, but again nothing too terrible. It was above satisfactory for the value price.

Breakfast was post pandemic fare with waffles available. Other amenities available in the area within a short drive (less than mile), to include Krogers, Meijers, Bob Evans, Cracker Barrel and, of course Starbucks, which is between the motel and the I75 interchange. Location offers good access to Interstate 75. The location is clean and well maintained, though it is older structure

Traffic pattern in the area is confusing, which it difficult to enter and exit the location, especially if you need to make a left turn.

Pros: Inexpensive!! All the basics were good, clean & functional :) Close to shopping and dining.

Cons: Don’t expect any extras here (extremely little breakfast, no coffee maker or hair dryer in the rooms, and if you want another towel they expect you to trade in a dirty one).

stayed two nights, and I must say it was a pleasant experience a whole lot better than I anticipated because I paid $150 total for both nights. Which I thought was more than reasonable considering these nights were a Friday, and a Saturday. The price could be lower because I use booking.com. But nonetheless, the room was clean, I mean spotless!! The breakfast was okay, no sausage and eggs or anything like that, but there was a waffle maker, cereal, juice, bagels, muffins, and coffee. They had a lot of cable channels on their TV. Thanks for the experience, if I'm ever in town again I will definitely book at this Perrysburg location. Location was perfect!

All I can say is, don't let the outside of the hotel fool you, may not look the best but rooms are wonderful.

The room was clean, with a comfortable bed and pillows.

The sink was missing something that caused water to go all over if you turned it on. Had to adjust it to a trickle to keep the water from going all over.

Location is great, near exit from the freeway, staff is friendly and helpful. good breakfast options

Parking lot due to buildings around it, makes it easy to miss it when trying to turn into the hotel

Art at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. The bed was comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was amazing. I slept so well here.
