I thought this property was wonderful. Beds were very comfortable, sheets and pillows were of good quality. I appreciated the tags on the pillow cases to denote firm or soft. The bathroom was spacious and the Dove brand toiletries were good. I would have appreciated better lighting for putting on makeup as it's a little harsh.

As we had to leave early in the morning, we were not able to take advantage of any coffee/breakfast items. The in-room coffee maker was only supplied with hot tea pods and decaf coffee - definitely not our style. We would have liked the option for some regular coffee and milk rather than the decaf and no sweetener options.

The main issue I had was needed to end our reservation a day early. I called the hotel, the hotel said that because I booked with Booking, I would have to make the change through them. Well booking said I had to go through the hotel. Needless to say.. after two days of going back and forth, I was ended up still paying for two nights even though we only stayed one.

The hotel was conveniently located next to the shopping area of Levis Commons and several restaurants. The common areas of the hotel were well maintained and clean. The room was clean and tidy when I arrived.

There was nothing bad to say about the stay. Other guests in the hotel were respectful and did not cause any unnecessary noise. The hotel was located far enough from the interstate to not really hear much of the road noise.

Its close proximity to our friends and the attractions we wanted to visit, such as the Toledo Zoo/Aquarium, the State Park, and the Hollywood Casino.

Buildings being constructed near the hotel (across the parking lot) didn't provide a nice setting. Fortunately, it is only a temporary situation.

Front desk staff and breakfast staff were very friendly and very helpful. Its nice to have breakfast included in the stay. Location is perfect

A staff member walking around her place of employment wearing a bonnet. Very unprofessional. The elevators were very dirty. My shoes were sticking to the floor. The last day there was garbage in the elevator. Not monitored.

the only complaint is the keriug in the room needed cleaned but the room was cleaned and smelled good

You should offer the option to have firmer pillows in the rooms. Everything was great besides the soft pillows. I have the worst crook in my neck from the soft pillows. Other properties that I have stayed in have soft to firm pillows in the room. This was not an option for you guys.

Staff was exceptionally helpful as I used a third party source to book the rooms and one of my party arrived before I did - not a problem as I was concerned because oftentimes this can be an issue). The desk staff were super friendly. The family had four separate rooms and all were very pleased with the accommodations.

Hotel placed three women in room with one king bed and studio couch rather than two queen beds and studio couch, which was what I ordered and prepaid for.

Most of the staff at the front desk were friendly and always smiled when passing by.

Could hear in the next room over slamming the drawers around 0800.
